Sadly I didn’t pay attention to their…

Sadly I didn’t pay attention to their delivery commitments. After waiting a week I finally received a message from their shipper DX. Delivery was stated as next day but with no follow up. Then the following day another commitment but now with a two hour time window. 15mins before the time window “sorry we missed you, card left” text. No van in our small close and nothing on door cam. DX claim the driver GPS has him outside our house but unless he was wearing Harry Potters invisiblity cloak it’s a complete lie.

Had to leave 1 star but it’s zero star…

Had to leave 1 star but it’s zero star review from me. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Express delivery is not as it seems! It’s been 4 working days since my order and my item has not yet been dispatched! 2-3 day delivery service my arse!! No one answers the telephone and when they prompt you to leave your details no one gets back to you! I have emailed twice with no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Unbelievable so-called customer…

Unbelievable so-called customer service. I placed an order which, at the time, was stated to be delivered within 2–3 working days. I then placed another order and was charged twice. Neither of the orders were delivered.

After a few phone calls, they stopped responding completely. After several chasing emails, I finally received a response saying it would be delivered “tomorrow” — then again “tomorrow” and so on.

It is now the second week and I still have no parcels, no refund, and no proper communication. Avoid — I don’t believe this is a genuine company, or something is seriously wrong, otherwise I don’t understand why they won’t answer the phone or deliver goods that have already been paid for.

I received this tool broken

I received this tool broken and for 3 days I can't agree on its replacement or return. Therefore, I can't evaluate the product itself, because I haven't used it. But the ordering experience is negative.

Package was delayed awaiting stock

Package was delayed awaiting stock. When it arrived it wasn't packed well and one of the bars was stuck outside of the package. The plastic bag with screws in was torn so I wasn't sure if any had been lost. Luckily it looks like the item was undamaged. Instructions for set up not clear at all, especially with respect to the router carrier. Otherwise looks like it will be good.

Ordered multiple items that were shown…

Ordered multiple items that were shown in stock but only one item was actaully in stock. They didn't ask if I wanted to continue the order just sent out one item for the full delivery cost, which was as much as the item itself! Terrible

Ordered a product on 3rd jan

Ordered a product on 3rd jan. Listed as instock and expected delivery on 7th jan.

Yet it was never dispatched.
After 100 odd phonecalls with no answer and countless emails, i finally got a response by the company being told it wasnt in stock and they were waiting on their supplier to deliver the item. Despite it listed as ready to ship
And its £8.95 mandatory shipping charge? Thats steep for something thats not next day

It seems these influxes of negative experiences also match mine.

Looking at companies house it seems the director also runs a business called "building supplies direct" i would avoid this company too.

No idea what the end game is here for this company but as a first time buyer from them this is an experience that has put me off for life
