stop hassling customers with aggressive feedback campaign
Stuff arrived promply and intact. Buying experience spoilt by post purchase email bombardment and a phone call demanding feedback.
This is then followed up by another phone call asking you to amend your feedback if they don't like the answer they get.
All I wanted to do was to buy an impact driver!

The equipment turned up within 25 hrs of ordering not including a Sunday and worked straight away..
I cannot rate the drill yet as I have not used it but the company that i perchased it from will certainly be getting more business from my company.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - There was a problem with my payment and the chap dealing with it kept me well informed and went was super helpful (he deserves a pay rise)! He held the last drill in stock for me whilst the confusion over my payment was sorted and as soon as it was sorted my drill was sent.

How refreshing
Tools were delivered today. I was in the shed when they were delivered, so my girlfriend signed for them and brought them up to me with a cup of tea. Just as she came into the shed my phone rang. Customer service ringing to tell me that someone else had signed for the tools and making sure everything was alright. A very personal touch that is so often missing from modern firms.
