Essential gym bag kit
Do you have to have one of these? No not at all but does it make life easier - YES totally. After your first use you’ll wonder why no one has thought of this before (and whether two would be even easier!) If you are doing barbell work with more than one plate on each end then get one (or two 😉). You won’t regret it
