I visited Pownalls in passing, during January 2025, the guys in the shop were really helpful with my purchase at that time, so, I knew I’d buy from them again, a month ago I bought an air rifle from them online, they delivered it personally to my door In Tyne and Wear, as they needed to see Identification, the delivery charge was only £20, (this is much cheaper than other suppliers) , it arrived in perfect condition and the guy who delivered it is an absolute credit to Pownalls, great bloke.

My Gamo Phox bundle is my fifth purchase and my third personal delivery to my door, what can I say that I haven’t said in my other reviews?? If I wasn’t more than happy I wouldn’t keep returning, even though I have a very good air gun shop just a few miles away from me I still make Pownalls my first port of call for my air gun needs, I’ve never found them wanting when it comes to customer service, it’s second to none and I am always happy with my purchases and the service that accompanies it. Thankyou Pownalls, it’s always much appreciated!!👍

Your Shop window display has always been an attraction and the shop a pleasure to visit Friendly informative /Helpful Staff.I always admire it on my visits to Yarmouth.

Found a gun I liked and I got it. Easy to order, smooth delivery. Works as expected. The only downside is I believed it’s coming with an optical scope and it didn’t but it still a great air gun. Thanks

I was unavailable on delivery day , but Pownalls let me use a neighbour as long as they were over 18 ,and I was asked to leave my driving licence so as to prove it was me who ordered the rifle - an excellent security precaution.
Highly recommended ,and would certainly use Pownalls in the future.

From the get go the choice was great and their customer service is top notch.

Bought a milbro explorer .22 as I want to get back into target shooting. Bought the rifle but unluckily for me I had missed the cut off for that weeks delivery, which was explained to me and that i would be called to arrange a date the next week Which I was fine with.
Call came, date was arranged and rifle arrived with a huge smile from the driver, very friendly, approachable and jolly guy.
This company remembers the good old values of the UK and that's good to see. They make all those chain and corporate companies look like fools.

Best service and experience I've had in a very long time, I just wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
