I talked with a sales rep

I talked with a sales rep. of Preventive Pest Control Co. here in Albuquerque, NM. I told him I had some issues with mice in the house; I told him their group can come out and treat the house, but I can't sign a long-term contract for a long-time service because I was getting ready to move. He said it was ok and not worry about it. So, I cancelled their service after just one application couple weeks later and now they want $400.00 to break the contract. Btw-I still have mice!
