Very unreliable initially seemed positive but some days didn’t turn up and lots of different people seemed to come and go. Replaced our garage roof but if honest it’s a shambles plus has a constant drip which we have had to rectify as Danny doesn’t answer his phone or reply to e mails or message's. Please do not trust this company as appears our guarantee isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Not to be trusted

Danny has left several people in a mess on my street with leaking roofs and uncompleted work which has been paid for.

Danny replaced mine and my neighbours roofs. Now both are leaking. He left the site in a mess with stuff all over. Was told will be back to look at it soon, but 3 weeks later no reply. Now phone is disconnected, website is down and emails bounce back.

Beware of this company. It's a shame as the job started off very well but has turn very bad now.

Danny has been great. Had a garden makeover including fencing, new side gate, tiered bank on the back garden, new steps put in. Also had rendering and covering done. It all looks amazing. Nothing was to much trouble, even though I changed my mind a few times!! All completed on time, to a very high standard. Would highly recommend. Thank you Danny job well done

I had a new roof. Danny completed all work to a high standard in the most appalling weather. He started the job on time as agreed and the cost was fine. I was kept updated about the work he had done or was doing even when I was work by him sending videos and photos. Most importantly to me as a female homeowner at no time was he patronising or spoke down to me as some tradespeople can. I would totally recommend him. Just keep the coffee flowing.

Danny visited and discussed our options, he gave us a price and was not pushy. We agreed it with add ins afterwards if wanted, he gave us a start date and kept to it, he was punctual, tidy and efficient, all the work was discussed as he did it and a fab job done, plus some other things he did which he didn’t charge us extra for. All in all I would recommend this company without reservation. Thankyou!

Old damaged external rendering removed and replaced with new render on the house. Some exterior painting also completed. Looks like a completely different house! There was a few issues but Danny resolved the problems! Very knowledgeable! Also completed extra external jobs for me including materials at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend his company.

P & P have come back to my house, we have all been waiting for the weather to be nicer so that they could complete the transformation to my rooves. My house now looks fantastic, its surprising how getting the right company to do a job can make the world of difference.

Very friendly personable workers. A big thank you to them all. Just keep them replenished with tea and coffee haha! Had rendering moothed/cleaned, repaired and painted. New guttering, facias and soffits, house looks incredible. Very good value for this job. Went over and above specifications, replaced some broken tiles and renewed a roof seem at no extra cost, which was a massive bonus. Highly recommend.

I had the roof cleaned and coated, including the gutters. Also had a small amount of mortar work done. Great job completed. My house looks amazing, like new and no more moss dropping into the patio and paths V pleased with the work. Danny also cleaned and sanded the drive , it too looks amazing He also lifted and relaid some of the blocks, that had become uneven over time Danny kept me informed throughout as changes to work schedule were made due to weather. He went above what I had asked for. Thank you for the fabulous work done and for leaving me with a home that looks great. A job worth doing. I would recommend this company based on my experience

My roof was the one from hell, as customers we know nothing about roofs, we never look up at roofs and admire them, we don't take them seriously until things go pear-shaped as mine did.
Spray Insulation foam had been applied in the attic with so much pressure that the tiles had become dislodged allowing the rain to penetrate into the loft.
Danny immediately placed his team on removing the foam (a foot thick in places) additional skips were hired quickly. It was a hard, messy and difficult job, it needed a team working together to achieve any sort of result.

Most of us have been the victims of "cowboys", but P & P were more annoyed than I was, they encouraged me to demand my money back. Justin listed the bullet points that needed to be included in a letter, Danny took drone footage and videos of the damage as evidence should it be required. They were both shocked by the workmanship.

As the tiling began so did the bad weather it seemed to rain every afternoon with storms at the weekend. Justin and his labourer Andy were soaked through on several occasions. But it did not dampen (no pun intended) their resolve to complete the work . I think other firms would have walked away from the work

It soon became apparent to Justin that nothing on the roof was square, vertical or horizontal, ridge tiles, fascia boards and the tiles, it had all been botched to make it appear correct. There seemed to be no straight line for him to work from.
He kept me informed regularly as problems arose and drew diagrams on the side of the skip which showed the existing problem then redrew it again with his solution. I found he was right every time.

He would often say "There is only one way to build a roof and that's the right way, rainwater will always find you out".
He frequently went beyond the expected work in order to guarantee that the work was of the highest quality.

I believe P & P did what it says on the can and lived up to their name, Perfect and Protect
The house now looks like a new build.

Guess what? I received a full refund from the insulation company last week.

Good experience from the start. Danny was very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. He was very accommodating as we had to change dates and allow for weather etc. He kept me informed the whole way through and used top quality products to achieve a high quality end result. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend them for any exterior works.

Fantastic, friendly service throughout. 2nd storey flat roof had small leak, i saw P&P Exteriors working at neighbours house and asked if they would have a look. Danny provided photos of the beyond repair state of the roof. Initial inspection to complete new roof in a couple of wks. Great communication, prompt friendly, such a relief to have got it sorted so quick. Thanks again

Danny from P & P Exteriors was very knowledgeable about his craft and gave us lots of different options to have our house rendered, after a chat we gave him a deposit. The following day, we had changed our minds, absolutely no fault of Danny, I contacted Danny to apologise and explain, he was very understanding, our deposit was refunded in full.
If we do decide to go ahead in the future, we will definitely be giving Danny from P & P Exteriors a call. Thank you so much!

In December 2023 I had a badly leaking flat kitchen roof and rendering at the back of the house which was desperately in need of repair and repainting. Despite difficulties due to bad weather Danny and Justin made sure the work was done as quickly as possible and completed to a very high standard.
They were friendly, yet professional, and nothing was too much trouble. They left the area clean and tidy on completion of the work. Very happy with the finished work and relieved to no longer have the worry of my roof leaking in bad weather.

Danny and his crew were really helpful and honest and friendly.
He is really good with people. .understands people who are anxious and have been let down before.
I will stick with him and his company for a full roof repair in the near future. He done more on my roof in 1 day than other crooks did over 2 years at a fraction of thecost

Great group of workers who kept us informed all the way through and did a great job. Replaced the front porch which was nearly 90 years old and now will last at least that again. Looks fantastic and we are highly delighted.
Just make sure you have the kettle on. Joking aside, these are hard working and professional.

Due to flooding our rendering crumbled away leaving a very messy front to our home. Danny gave us a quote to remove all loose material and repair render. Also for new plastic cladding and new gutters. But on closer inspection it revealed a much worse state than first thought. So all new timbers for a collapsing roof and wall plates coming away, rotten support posts that would have failed causing damage. So we now have an all new front to our home and looking great with new brick pillars and repaired support posts on top keeping it as original but way better.

Repaired and made good work wrecked by previous cowboy roofers.
