really happy with the prompt service from PPS. The engineer Daniel explained everything clearly and concisely. Would highly recommend them.

Named engineer arrived on time, after several texted reminders he was coming yesterday and the day before. He was friendly, competent and effective, and left without any trace he’d been here.

When we had an urgent issue with our basement pumps, PPS were the only company able to help at short notice. Bashir, their engineer, arrived at my house just two hours after I first spoke to them. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the entire issue resolved — including replacing one of the pumps — in under 24 hours. While other companies couldn’t even schedule a visit, PPS delivered fast, professional, and effective service. I highly recommend them, especially Bashir for his expertise and dedication.

About 2 hours ago, the alarm on the waste pump started beeping with a code indicating a possible blockage or flooding.

I called PPS who were actually in the process of calling me. They had their engineers round within 2 hours.

Problem turned out to be a blockage caused by a small white hand towel that had been flushed down the toilet.

They fixed the issue on site in about 20 minutes.

I can't speak highly enough of PPS and the service they provide - it really is fantastic.
