I don't necessarily know of a better online resource, but it has serious problems. The study guide does not contain all information that comes up in the practice tests. Also, both the study guide and the practice tests are at least a year out of date, not including for instance information on new laws regarding V-16 signalers, pickup truck classification, or reflector use on motorcycles. Some of these came up in the actual test, and I was not prepared.

Also, the "am I ready" meter appears to reflect how much time you've spent studying more than how well you do on the practice tests, so it is pretty useless.

I will defend the test for the obscure wording that others have mentioned. The real test in fact contains equally confusing wording, so that's a problem of the Spanish government, not Practicatest.

Anyway, flaws aside it was pretty useful and I passed my test with 2 errors on the first try. My primary resource was reading the Practicatest study guide and doing dozens of practice tests.

I was surprised by the quality of the English translation of the question. English isn't my native language, but I've never encountered such obscure question wording. Then I realized why. In one of the explanations, the developers copied the translation along with "Translated with DeepL com/Translator (free version)" and everything fell into place. Machine translation without human verification = low quality and strange question wording.

I have been so nervous about doing exams and especially the English version herein Spain. I have tried most platforms available and were all very confusing. Practica test has a great layout and very similar to the real exam. I passed first time just by spending obsessive hours on the tests.

Practicatest.com made learning traffic rules fast and easy. Each question comes with a clear explanation in Spanish and English, so I understand why an answer is correct. Realistic mock exams helped me practice under real exam conditions. The “Save Question” option is an excellent tool. I can quickly mark and revisit mistakes at any time for easy revision. The platform tracks my performance, showing weak areas to focus on. Using it regularly boosted my confidence and made me ready for the DGT exam.
Practicatest.com is an excellent tool for anyone preparing for the Spanish driving theory test. It really helped me understand the rules, correct my mistakes, and study efficiently.

I really like the Practica Test — the material is well structured and easy to understand. You can prepare in both Spanish and English, either take it straight as a mock exam or study by topics. The price is reasonable, and I definitely recommend it to those who are preparing for their driving test on their own.

I contacted support with a clear and well-founded question regarding the DGT 2025 traffic sign updates, officially approved by Real Decreto 465/2025 (BOE). The issue concerned new traffic signs (R-420, S-43, S-49, S-65B, S-72A) that are part of the updated official catalog. However, at the moment the tests, theory, and traffic sign catalog on the platform are outdated and do not reflect the latest DGT changes.
Instead of providing a clear and professional answer—such as indicating where these signs are covered on the platform or giving a timeline for updates—support consistently avoided direct answers, replying with generic phrases like “you have all the necessary materials.” Moreover, the tone of the communication was rude and condescending, including a direct refusal to explain anything and implications that the customer was “unaware.”
I would also like to note that the review platform does not allow attaching screenshots of the conversation with support, although they clearly confirm everything described above.
For a paid educational service, this behavior from support, lack of transparency, and use of outdated learning materials are unacceptable. This is not only about passing the exam, but about accuracy, relevance, and alignment with official DGT materials, which the service claims to follow.
Due to outdated content and a very negative support experience, I decided not to renew my subscription.

Update: After publishing this review, the company contacted me asking to remove it instead of addressing the issues raised

I used Practicatest for my B driving permit.Their questions are very good and correctly translated to Engilsh to match DGT questions.I have heard may people say they passed first time using Practicatest and I agree why.Try them you wont be disappointed.

The website is trash and outdated. Exactly 0 questions that were on the Spanish exam were on Praticatest. They haven't even updated the speed limits for inside towns to 30km/hr. Not only that but there are many mistakes in the answers so that I was second guessing myself a lot and had to refer to the manual to check if I was an idiot or if Praticatest had it wrong, it was mostly Praticatest with the wrong answers.

The questions on the website are repeated over and over again so you have a false sense of knowing the information, however they don't test very much, so that you won't be tested on 95% of the signs in Spain.

I used this website, and one other that the teacher recommended. Practicatest was the most helpful. As somebody who has very little free time, I found this site was perfect. You have access to tests, each unit and you can easily choose which unit you want to study or revise and you can see your overall progress and your progress per unit. The English translations are very good and cover everything you need to pass your theory test in Spain.

If you know how to use this app and go throw all units and wuestions, specially the last official dgt questions you will pass the exam from frist time. I strongly recommend this app specially for those want to take the exam in english.

Awful! Complete nonsense! There are plenty of incorrectly formulated questions where the right answer, in the legally rigor manner and uniquely possible way, is just not possible. Instead, you will have to choose between several options that either have to be chosen all at once or any of the two is relevant, as the options are synonyms. This resource is just a business of an irresponsible person. What a shame for the Spanish DGT to not have the carefully prepared official driving tests which would be clearly formulated and have unique (!) right answers, with references to the rules. Very Bad customer service, I have ordered my book since May, I send them message that I still haven’t received my book they said they will resend a new one then kept postpone the delivery. Still now I don’t get my book. I have seen also the same case as mine. Buy online test is ok but not the book you won’t get it and you lose your money for nothing,I want my money back.

SCAMMER!!!! Ordered the book, never arrived. Talked to the admin and it keeps saying that they will send a new one and keep postponing 3 months still not received the book. DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.

I passed my first time with one error. I recommend getting the book, doing all the unit tests until you have a near perfect success ratio and then the latest tests. I did 300 of them. Afterwards, I got access to the aeol cloud and passed those with one or two errors at most one time around. My advice is when you get an answer wrong, look it up in the text book and make notes. I had queue cards where I wrote down everything I needed to work on and reviewed with them when I wasn't testing. Practicatest is good preparation. Also, Laura helped a lot. There is a bot that helps clarify points and answer questions but if things get nuanced, a real person is there to support you. Good luck all future drivers!
