Great bag however would be good if it were just alittle bit wider. It’s quite narrow once you start filling it up. And the water bottle pockets on the outside are very tight, but works for other items. But still a great bad! Looks very nice also.

I love this bag. The quality is fantastic and it is so adaptable. It’s made so much easier to organise my bag and find things in it. The light colour on the inside and the pockets make it very easy to find things.

Ordering and receiving my bag was quick and hassle free. The bag itself is great. Comfy to wear and has plenty of room. Its very well made and durable. I've only used the cross body strap so far, but no issues. My colleagues loved it and 3 have ordered their own. I bought a second bag for my son whose a nurse. Would highly recommend.

I am a very busy high school Culinary teacher and I really like that there are a lot of side pockets. I know where everything is in my bag - this is a first!

I had a problem with the zipper on my Pragmastyle bag. The bag is terrific -- versatile, a perfect size, and stylish -- except for the zipper occasionally popping open. I'd been using it for nearly a year, and contacted the website where I'd ordered it to report the issue. They offered to replace it, which was very much appreciated. Great customer service.

My bag had structural issues after less than a year. I contacted Pragmastyle, sent photos and my issue was quickly attended to. I have now been sent a new bag (not received as yet - still in transit). The service was timely and polite. I appreciate the service and offer of a replacement bag as it is a very useful item. The Handbag is very 'unstructured'. Zippers are all defective. Thin plastic zippers split open even with nothing in them.

The bag itself is a cloth piece of material. You have to stuff it for it to look like a handbag. Thus when you are looking in the bag after you remove an item, it goes a bit flat and flimsy- making it difficult to use. Adding structured edges and stiff-bottom base would make a huge difference. All the zippers are defective- 'spread' and do not stay closed. Thus the outside and inside zippered pockets are useless.
The inside materials are very cheap.
Suggest using a sturdy thicker polyester for the slip in open pockets with leather piping-again for structure.
The concept is great. The execution (poor materials) is the issue. I thought this was a great design on the website.

This bag holds all the things and is also accessible. As a carry-on I can load it up and store it under the seat in front of me and still have plenty of room for my feet. I can take a towel, sunscreen and flip flops to the pool/ beach without taking an obnoxious bag with me. It's such a great size and it's durable and cute!

I love this bag! It holds so much stuff, it has a ton of pockets too. I work as a home health nurse and it’s great to carry all of my supplies. I wish it was a little wider but it still is amazing. The company is great to work with! Love The universal bag with the cross body, over the shoulder and backpack. I searched for months for this bag!

I bought the smaller Pragma bag in black. The lining is very thin and will tear easily. The backpack straps are very cheap looking and flimsy. A disappointment.

I haven’t received my bags. They were supposed to arrive before my trip on June 15th. I have still not received and no one has responded to my emails
