Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Got my order very quick. Communication was brilliant on watsapp. My outfit is beautiful and would highly recommend this site.

Pratap sons has long been a go to place for my ethnic fits and i’m never disappointed. The online website however has a rough track but if you’re patient the customer support team does come up with resolutions quick and is very helpful.

First time experience of placing an order and never coming back to this brand. It’s a SHAM. They give a confirmation message of a certain amount and the delivery package bears a different amount. On receipt after chasing the customer care they say you pay the package amount we will refund it later. If we refuse and ask for instant UPI transfer they are like please return the parcel.

They have a pathetic customer care service. Abysmal. I’ve returned the product cause I don’t trust them and it’s nots a matter of ₹300-400 Rupees they weren’t even willingly to sent an instant UPI payment in for the difference.

You rather buy and pay the promised amount than being taken for a granted.

I am alerting all consumers about my experience with the store PRATAP SONS. I purchased clothing through their website and, after making the payment, I was deceived regarding taxes. I have not received the clothes, nor have I received a refund. IT'S A SCAM. I will be filing a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies, but I am leaving this warning here so that no one else falls for this trap.

Lakshita is amazing, she helped me so much with my order and was promptly responsive. She is very efficient and informative! She made this a very easy process for me.

Highly unprofessional! Before placing the order, I decided to contact them to understand their refund and exchange policy in case there is an issue with the product. They told me that they do have 3 days refund/ exchange policy. One of the products was smaller in size so I contacted them again for exchange. At that point they arranged for pick up. Later nobody came to pick up for 3 days and I decided to contact them. They started to blame me that I cancelled the pick up !! Nobody ever came to pick it up. And then they decided to put it again on me that why did I not contact them in 24 hours? I was never told the pick up would ve done within 24 hours!
They kept on blaming me again and again. The only thing they know is to blame the customer if they can’t handle the situation.
Highly unreliable experience and ridiculous company. Do not buy from them!!!!

Loved the fit, design and the fabric. The quality is great. I received tons of compliments on my outfits. Thank you !

Customers plz be aware-this is a fraud store. They take ur money and never deliver on time. Promise refund and then say customer service didn’t approve. So now after two months after the order we will attempt to deliver. NEVER ORDER if you are looking to get something on time. YOU WILL NEVER GET IT ON TIME.

Pathetic experience. All they do is share wrong information on websites . I am chasing them for a month now. There has been wrong confirmation made by their customer care people. I have through mails for the refund i requested but not yet received my money back. Looks like they want to fraud and not respond to any mails or chats. Such a reputed name loosing all the charm. These people are disappointment.

Recently I purchased few outfits online from them, unfortunately one of the outfit had a defect. I reached out to the customer service team and was able to easily communicate about the issue. They was very co-operative and helpful in getting the item replaced. My experience with the company has been good. The outfits are of fairly good standard.

Horrible customer service. They send incorrect size then deny taking it back from replacement as well!
