Very odd sauce!
I have has several orders over a couple of years. I have been disappointed with the last order. The Prawn Bhuna has an odd sauce. It tasted a bit like soap. I have been eating curry's for 30 years this is not a taste I have ever had before

Customer service
Customer service, actual people you can talk to, who answer the phone when you ring and they could not be more helpful, add that to fab food and it’s a perfect mix.
PS. I have been eating Indian food regularly since 1982, so I know good curry when I try it.

I recently wrote a bad review concerning the quality of the Lamb I acted hastily after just finished a meal which contained fat in the lamb and I was totally out of order I have been a customer of Praveen Kumar for over 4 years and they have always been of excellent quality coupled with very friendly and helpful staff I would like to give them my sincere apologies and ask Trustpilot to delete my previous review

Hi Les, Im very sorry to see you have just left us a 1 star review and did not enjoy any of your meals, we have certainly not had reports of bland and dry before.
I see you had a nice selection of our popular medium spice dishes and there certainly should have been a nice heat from the spices and variation in the selections you had.
We would certainly be happy to put things right if there was a problem with the meals so if you do want to drop us an email with some more details - what you found to be dry? Was there 1 meal in particular? Then we can have a look into putting things right for you and maybe earn another star or 2!

Food is as always great, packaging needs to improve 2 orders and both times something has been split open.

Delivery is always great
Delivery is always great, but I'm afraid that the curries are still a little hot for me (sadly even the mild ones are borderline). I love the flavours though (I'm just a wuss when it comes to chilli heat these days)! That said, if you like authentic curry, try Praveen Kumar!!

Delicious food but needs care with packing.
Delicious food, can’t fault.
Dishes take longer to cook than instructions if you cook more than one item.
A couple of dishes had begun to defrost and leaked over the other dishes.

Superb taste and quality
I have eaten Indian meals all over the world and none compare to Praveen Kumars meals for taste and Quality. The meat is much more tender and the subtle spices are not swamped over by spicy flavours. I will never eat another indian meal again if it is not one of Praveen Kumars.
