Five stars for Jasmine

I have given this review five stars because the problem I had came along totally unexpected but when Jasmine contacted me I won't lie I was shocked but it wasn't long before me and Jasmine worked things out and came up with a deal it did obviously mean I had to part with some money but when I realised the error of my ways Jasmine made the whole job a lot more acceptable and we ended up having quite a good working relationship

Claim forms received

Rachael contacted me regarding a loss of claims notice . Fortunately I have all the information she needed to shut the claim down which is rare but I had all the written work to process that . Rachael was honest professional and true to her word in all aspects but above all made me feel at ease in a very stressful situation. She kept me updated and confirmed everything professionally. Her customer service skills were top notch which is a rarity these days . Thankyou for sorting this process fairly , quickly and with care .

Brokers for energy was claiming over 7k for losses of contract not going live
We were shocked and called Preaction
Amanda listened patiently with compassion and completely unbiased. She explained exactly how the brokers work and while they can legally claim against businesses it often is very unfair. She talked through our options and suggested that we email her proof of our payments of electricity to our landlord. Next day she rang to say that she had managed to get her clients to close the case. Cannot express our gratitude enough they really are there to help both sides. Excellent company!!!

Rachel was acting for a utility broker…

Rachel was acting for a utility broker Commercial Utility Support Services who were claiming in excess of £ 6.000.00 lost commission on a fraudulent contract for electricity, The agents fabricated an email trail and forged my E sign. We worked out it would take 612 years to consume the kwh claimed. Rachel was very professional to deal with and quite rightly needed proof of our defense, all of which we could provide .They dropped the case 2 weeks before taking us to court. I hope this will not happen to anyone else. Perhaps Jeremy Vine could expose these practices.

Resolved very quickly.

Emma contacted me Friday afternoon and explained the situation. We provided her with the proof that were not in the wrong and do not owe the money.
Emma said she would contact us Tuesday with an update. Monday morning we had contact saying it was all sorted and no proceedings needed.
Emma was very understanding and listened to our side of the story. I am only a one man band with a small business and I felt it would finish my dreams off. Thank you for being so professional.

A sympathetic ear.

My contact with Lindsay was made more comfortable by her sympathetic approach to what was a stressful episode for me and my Bowls Club. A simple and innocent error on my part caused issues but we resolved the matter in what was a decent negotiation with Lindsay.

No discoloure of commission.

Your client hastily signed me into a second contract which caused a breach with the first after lying to me I was out of contract and paying emergency charges (I wasn't) brokers due diligence has now conveniently caused a contract breach and left me liable for their commison fees.

Funnily enough your client never disclosed any commison fees, terms and conditions or contracts from themselves. Only contract signed and in place is with the supplier! So good luck getting any fees for a breached contract that was never in place, disclosed and with no letter of authority in place.

Ask them to take legal action

I have done a change of tenancy after the contract expired and they still want me to pay their commission. I have sent them all the evidence. they will force you to pay them. They have no legal rights. Do not pay them a penny

Any legal right rests with the instructing party, and court action to recover the debt remains entirely available and appropriate.
