This is the third (3rd) time I’ve used Precious Metal for a car and each time it has been extremely simple and efficient.
I told them the car I wanted, my budget and wants in specification. The conversation was simple and straight forward and I’ve never felt pressured or that I was being sold to.
If you’re looking for your next car, you would be stupid to not have a conversation with them.
I’ll be back in 2 years.

Amazing experience from start to finish with Chris and the team. Bought a few cars for family members from Precious metal and each time the service is exemplary. Highly recommend. They take all the hard work out of buying a car.

Audi A3 automatic
Mat picked me up from the train station, the car was exactly as described, the whole process was totally painless. Mat then submitted my address into sat nav and to my surprise there was a full tank of fuel this was not part of the deal……..
Fantastic all round experience if you see a car you fancy give them a call you will not be disappointed.

A fantastic company to deal with
A fantastic company to deal with. Matt and Chris made the whole process simple and smooth, keeping me updated along the way. I asked them to source me a car, which they did in a short period of time, making sure it had everything I had requested. They kept in regular contact up to the point of delivery, which was done at my convenience.
I can’t speak highly enough of their service. I will definitely be recommending them to others and will be using them again.

Mercedes GLE premium
I love my cars, so a new search has been a pretty big deal.
I firstly shopped around different garages to get an idea on what spec and what prices were being offered (had my heart set on an Mercedes GLE due to needing a large family car for camping) and Precious Metal couldn’t be beaten on price ‘again’!! Biggest thing for me though over everything was the trust..which is why I’ve returned for the 3rd time. Thanks for going the extra mile (literally with delivery too) as always Chris. We are over the moon with our Merc GLE premium and our private plates that you kindly printed and sent out for us. You really are one in a million and deserve this 5* rating.

I cannot recommend precious metal more for anyone looking to purchase a new car… after searching for almost 6 months Mat and Chris were a breath of fresh air and made the purchase of my new car an enjoyable one, they weren’t pushy and wanted me to drive away in the car that was right for me. We had excellent communication throughout and the purchase and part exchange of my previous car were seamless.

The Dynamic Duo have done it again
Returned to Precious Metals to purchase another vehicle.
Chris was given the brief of what we were looking for and within a week a vehicle was found which ticked all the required boxes - there was an added bonus the vehicle had a ton of hidden extras - RESULT👍🏾
On collection day, we were picked up from the train station by a very cheerful Chris an taken to The Hub. The vehicle looked even better than the pictures we’d received.
Chris an Matt provide a 1st rate customer experience from start to finish - FAULTLESS.
A shining example of what a dealership should be.
The added touch of putting fuel in the vehicle was greatly appreciated. Thanks guys you’re the best.

Car buying made easy
Mat and his brother went out of their way for us when we visited their showroom without an appointment, Mat gave us a completely honest appraisal of the car that my wife and I had gone to view and wasn’t pushy, he even advised us to think about it first as it’s a big purchase. Once the purchase had gone through Mat delivered the car to our home address (all freshly valeted and polished), he even put diesel in the tank for us, a first in my experience of buying cars. I would definitely recommend Precious Metal Motor Group to friends and family in the future.

Top Class!!!! Different league
I was nervous about buying a car that I had never actually seen other than pictures on the internet, and a video.
My experience using Precious Metal was faultless. Not ever did I feel anything was pushed into me and forced into something I wasn’t totally happy with.
I was looked after by Mat who gave me a first class service with ensuring everything he could do to ensure the car was in budget and suited me and my finance options. Nothing was too much trouble, the company are an excellent company and one I will keep in contact with as I would buy again.
Family run business which was noticed with the attention to detail with customer care. Made everything very personal.
Thorough handover checklist and explanation of everything which took around 30 minutes. Knowledgable about the car I had brought and delivered to my door.
Lovely genuine man who wants to change the way ppl buy cars. In his words “a car is the second most expensive to a house you’ll buy”.
Totally different experience to main dealer, no matter what money you spend on a car every customer should be treated the same and Mat certainly give you that treatment.
Great day of purchasing my new car, speedy no stress process and all his details given to ensure if there are any issues he is happy to support and help.
