Thank you for your feedback. We do send out shipping emails, but sometimes they end up in junk. They are sent out via a 3rd party website so we don't actually have any control of them sadly. We press shipped our end which should trigger the shipped email to then send. Which does mean we rely on the 3rd party website then sending it! We are so glad you love the Wondersuits, they really are the best sleepsuits ❤
