I instructed Precise Surveyors to complete a Level 2 Homebuyers survey for a property I am currently in the process of purchasing. After some initial problems with the website, the survey process itself was completely flawless. Precise arranged access via the seller's agents and completed the survey, asking for my key concerns before mobilising and then providing a list of key issues prior to the final report setting these out in more detail. Having just been through this process, I would highly recommend the Drone Survey option, this was really useful for my particular survey and highlighted some really useful details that wouldn't have been spotted without it. Overall, would definitely recommend Precise!

Matt Billingham has been my surveyor who inspected the property and produce a very detailed and in-depth report. Matt is very knowledgeable in this area which can be seen from the well explained survey. Matt has been extremely supportive in the follow up process too and offered additional support and explanation where required. Matt has also outlined suggestions on 'what to do next' for the areas of the property that need further attention. It was thorough, informative, and highlighted several issues I hadn’t been aware of.
