Very friendly service. Doc was very professional and talkative.

Excellent service, it Was a very easy and straightforward process. When i first called the lady who answered was very helpful, has emailed all the thing i need to bring to the appointment with follow up reminder emails.
There were a variety of medical centres to choose from.
Also the doctor who saw me and signed my form was very nice.
i think the main thing was to get the full medical record from your own GP.

This is my third year of using PDM, and once again it was an excellent service, doctor was pleasant and very professional.
Clean and bright office space, with free parking.
Took about 20 minutes, and I believe it is a very cost effective service.
Cannot find fault.
Recommend to all my colleagues.

Great service, original appointment got cancelled but got rescheduled. Service was great, the medical was quick and painless and cost less than half what my doctor was charging. See you again in 5 years.

Location was difficult to find, though.

This is second time used their service. I would highly recommend medicals for private hire drivers. Pls make sure you don’t use car park in Churchill house in Hendon! They have no allocated parking space there as they say in their website but helped me to cancel the charge.

I was a few minutes late for my appointment but the doctor put me at my ease and conducted the medical and eye test quickly and efficiently

Really appalling Service! DO NOT USE! I was attended in a public waiting room of a hotel near Heathrow by some Locum female doctor. When the eyesight assessment she pulled a board with all the letter and asked me to read it with my glasses on. So far, so good. HOWEVER, she proceeded to ask me what my glasses prescription was and I said that I wasn't sure and I mentioned a number at random. Without any proper evaluation she wrote that down and made me FAIL my eyesight test by the DVLA. Bear in mind this was for my HGV licenses so I couldn't work. I was forced to return to the optician, pay a full eye test and delayed a couple of weeks the whole procedure. I would never use their service again.
