They accepted my order, took payment, but goods never arrived. They are not responding to emails and their website seems to have been taken down. I suspect they are no longer trading. My advice:- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Owe me over £300 and they they have stopped trading.
The money was owed from a failed order from a supplier who also stopped trading. They would not refund me as they said it had to be held in my account. Cant say im suprised they are not trading ,there comms is very poor and not refunding customers because of there failure to fulfill an order is poor, and as always crap customer service only leads to one outcome and it has happened with this lot .
I Can't rate the corbo catfish root as it was never dispatched, I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions to no avail, NO communication from Predator Aquatics regarding my purchase, I'm in the process of trying to get a refund from them as I've lost faith in their service.
