Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 33 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people felt pressured by aggressive sales tactics, often involving demonstrations and pricing that did not align with the actual product performance. Customers frequently reported issues with the products themselves, describing them as not authentic, having spelling mistakes, or being dirty, and noted that the actual items did not match what was demonstrated. A significant concern for many was the company's refund policy, as requests for refunds were often denied, leaving customers feeling unable to get their money back for unsatisfactory purchases. However, some customers also noted positive experiences, particularly when purchasing products at significantly lower prices through platforms like Whatnot, where they found the products to be effective and beneficial for their skin. These users reported improvements in skin texture, reduction in wrinkles, and overall satisfaction with the results, suggesting that the products themselves can be good when acquired without the high-pressure sales and inflated costs.

I recently purchased your Xtreme skin…

I recently purchased your Xtreme skin rejuvenation device hot and cold led light therapy anti aging. The product itself is good. No extreme difference in my skin but when i do use it that day there is a difference so i need to use it daily or every other day. the charger stoped working a month ago. I did ask the seller about obtaining another charger. He referred me to Predire Paris. I have emailed them 3x over the past month and no response on how to get another charger. I do not even know how to order a charger on amazon because there is no shown charger for me to know the model#

Received a facial at the Brandon Mall…

Received a facial at the Brandon Mall in Brandon Florida. The facial was done by a woman who was good. But didn't really notice anything different in my skin other than it was a relaxing 45 minute treatment. Certainly not worth the $75 I paid. I actually want a refund since I felt like I got NO value out of my service.
After facial, the woman tried to escort me into a small room across from the facial room and gives you the hard sell on the products which I didn't want to do but heard the previous woman before me got suckered into buying. I don't like their tactics and never going back again!
Then a man who checked me out, was trying to get me to buy a package of facials at $750.

Scam- curling brush, no warranty

Scam! Stay away from the mall kiosks with these pushy sales people. They will take your money and assure you that there is a warranty. I contacted the company both in the US and Canada for a warranty replacement (the curling brush didn't work) and no response.

Outrageously overpriced for standard skincare

These products are currently for sale at Saks Off Fifth’s website. The items are significantly discounted so I decided to put this brand to the test. I purchased a serum that was on sale for $50 (originally "worth" $500). It isn’t even worth $30. The ingredients in this product are pretty standard. They're not expensive and don’t justify the price. Just the fact that you can find these products marked down from $500 to $50 is proof of that. The serum I bought is basically an overpriced retinol with some skin brightening agents added. There are well-established brand name companies that sell superior products with these same ingredients plus their own proprietary ingredients for a fraction of the price. Most of the active ingredients in the serum are available in drugstore products. I implore you to become an informed consumer and read up on skincare as well as this company’s shady reputation. Don’t get ripped off!

I didn’t buy the product

I didn’t buy the product, because i’m aware of a scam when I see one. My boyfriend and I went to Opry Mills mall in Nashville. This man was holding a sample in my face so I grabbed it not thinking too much of it, in my hometown people do this all the time and just give the samples and go on about their day, not this man though. He proceeded to put this scrub in our hands without even asking first, then tried to sell us the scrub and lotion for $120. We said no, but he kept trying to persuade us. We continued with our answer and he offered to negotiate a price. We made a joke saying our best offer would be $25, he didn’t take that very well. He told my boyfriend he had no respect for not spending HIS money on a bs item.

Don't even try it

First they can't spell Prédire the right way.
Second not from Paris,
Third they put super high price so they can give you 75% off "it's worth 500 but today I can sale for 199, too expensive, OK because I like you I will do 129, ok taxes included. The eye wrinkles cream is good for 5 minutes after that you end up with dry cream in your face. Do everyone a favor and don't buy it and don't even try it.

Trustpilot community - you guys saved me from a big rip off 🙏

I got stopped by an Israeli girl working for this company at the Miami Airport. At first, she seemed very nice and invited me to try one of their products. The original price was 800$, but she was willing to give me 2 products for a so called discount of 400$ - first red flag. Then I googled the company’s name and found out this page in which you can clearly understand that they are scammers. I even made the girl read these terrible reviews lol. Suddenly, she stopped being nice and became very pushy about me buying the products. Thankfully, I was able to see the scam and leave before getting ripped off. My deepest appreciation goes to you guys for reviewing so accurately this scam company!

A Nightmare !!!!!

I purchased the skincare package at the Le Paris store opry mills mall Nashville tn. Cost $2,400. Was to include products, 12 facials and refills of products. I reside out of state and was given the name info of place near where I reside to get the facials and refills. The place I was given is not even affiliated with them. I was scammed. I was given some products that were not sealed and some even used. I was lied to and scammed. They refuse returns and refunds. I am disputing the charges. My opinion they should be locked up taking advantage of people.

Total scam

Total scam. Was bullied and embarrassingly encouraged to spend a stupid amount of money on something that’s for the bin! No idea how to go about solving this and it was at Miami airport after security checks. I truly thought those shops had to be genuine!! Am chasing up the airport to report the shop but no-one will answer me. Credit card company say they can’t do anything even though it’s all fake and just one huge scam. Can’t believe the airport allow this!!!!

I’m seething while they enjoy the fruits of my labor, let’s just say they lucky I am on my spiritual path right now.

I believe this company is not totally…

I believe this company is not totally honest and
Their products are not as good as they say they are. I feel like I kind of got bullied into buying a package that I said at least 25 times that I could not afford and did not want and yet it was constantly; but if you could afford it and if this did this and if this did that and I ended up spending $2000 walking out totally ticked off and the products have done nothing for me in the last five months, very disappointed .
I agree that I should’ve just gotten up and walked out but instead I allowed myself to be suckered in! Approx. purchase date 9/6/23

Caution

Caution: Avoid this company!

While walking through a mall, I was approached by a saleswoman offering face serum samples. She proceeded to demonstrate a hair tool on me, claiming it was a blow dryer. In a rush and not fully attentive, I decided to purchase it, thinking it was a blow dryer for my 3-year-old daughter. Initially priced at $695.00, she quickly lowered it to $299.00 and then to $100.00. Later, upon checking their website, I discovered the product was a straightener, not a blow dryer. When I attempted to return it, I was denied, as the receipt stated 'NO RETURNS.' Disappointed, I reluctantly accepted face products offered by the pushy salesperson. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this store or its products.

The whole way through she basically belittled me and my skin I have never ever been so insulted! Then got very nasty when I stated 4 times she wouldn't get 1 penny from me I walked out and she was insulting me the whole time very very nasty woman and how they think insulting people will get sales? I've always been completed on my age and skin and came out nearly crying from this horrible woman! Don't know how they get off with selling like this clearly frauds!! Don't take sample or interact is my advice!

98% off on Gilt……

Their website advertises a silly hot/cold device at a price of $5,800. I just saw it on Gilt.com for $99. I started researching after the “98% off” tag caught my eye. Clearly a scam - at either price point.

Beware of their kiosks

I was at the Premium Outlets in Orlando, and the salesperson was very persistent and pressured my cousin and I to try it. I generally don’t engage with people at kiosks, but after his presentation, I decided to try his product. Not a week after I used it, my eyelid has an infection, and my skin had irritation for a few days after using the product. This solidifies why I don’t like to engage with people at kiosks. They’re very shady, and their products are not good.
