With companies like Klaviyo, Meta, you can't contact anyone. I was thrilled that after emailing them, because my issue was persisting, they offered to let me book a Calendly appointment, which I did. Vivek was very kind, patient, and listened to all my issues. He guided me on how to solve them, even when it came to wotk on a different software, other than Predis, he took the time to walk me through everything. Great customer service. Please keep it up. Nowadays, we really appreciate speaking with a real human on specific issues instead of bots.

This tool is amazing, super powerful and pretty easy to use it is the first ai tool where I was able to have an actual 1 to 1 session with a person; Vivek was super helpful, helped clear a couple of issues I had in just a few minutes and also showed me how to use other parts of the tool I didn't even know were there.
