DO NOT PAY FOR THIS GARBAGE!! WORTHLESS SCAM

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS GARBAGE!!! When buying my car I was not even given an option if I wanted to add this and was not even told it would cost me anything. It was not until the next day I’m at home trying to figure out why my payment for my car loan is so much higher than I thought it should have been that I realize I had to pay thousands of dollars for this. The car dealership just acted like it was included and told me they were amazing to work with and pretty much would cover anything that could possibly go wrong with my car. SO NOT TRUE! After discovering issues with my car and taking it to the shop, my shop tells me that nothing that they say is covered on my brochure I was given is actually covered so it’s completely dishonest and worthless. The parts that need replaced are listed on the brochure as parts that are covered but then they tell me that it doesn’t count because it’s just normal wear and tear. Now because they won’t cover anything that needs replaced they now tell me that they also are not going to reimburse me for what I had to pay for a rental car which they already told me they would and that is the only reason that I got a rental car!

I guarantee you I have a warranty through you. It is may also in be under my spouse’s name Camerron Creech but I believe it is under my name India Reavis. We have a 2013 Kia Optima Limited 2.0T purchased from Dave Morton Auto in Salem Oregon.

caleb gets the job done

caleb went above and beyond to help my customer. as a repair shop facility we often have a hard time with warranty companies. not with caleb on the job. he was helpful and got everything we needed covered! im grateful!

They spend more time trying to find reasons to deny you then actually help you

for the third time for yet another reason, they have denied coverage. This warranty has been absolutely pointless and a waste of money. A lesson learned that IT IS NEVER WORTH IT to purchase the extended warranty. They will do whatever it takes to ensure not to cover you.

purchased a 2018 Explorer & Poor Customer relations

I purchased a Vehicle from a Dealership that sells used Vehicles in Ballston Spa NY and when I was directed by the mechanic at the dealership to get a 2nd opinion from Rowland St garage I took my Vehicle there since there was 3 different opinions as to what the issue is with the vehicle, and when I went to pick it up just after they did there opinion on what was wrong with the vehicle I had to pay to pick it up was told the Warranty company doesn't pay for it even if I had the work done there. It only had 3 thousand miles on the vehicle since the time of purchased and we had other issues with it but I found out they were recalls so Ford took care of that.
Not sure of exact date don't have paper with me.
I don't feel I should have to pay for any of the repairs or to have had the vehicle diagnosed by a garage that the dealership sent me to. The mechanic wanted to make sure of the issue before work was done.
Per conversation with warranty company not much is covered not like what was explained to me from the sales person selling me the warranty for the vehicle
I would like to have the vehicle repaired under warranty and get paid back for the cost of having it diagnosed by a garage I was sent to.

CALEB WAS AWESOME

CALEB WAS AWESOME. DIDNT WASTE MY TIME OR HIS TIME. ASKED WHAT ARE WE TRYING TO GET COVERED TO SEE IF THE PART WOULD EVEN BE COVERED BEFORE WASTING MY TIME. WISH MORE CLAIM ADJ DID THIS. ITS ALREADY IRRIATING ENOUGH WHEN YOUR ON HOLD FOR GOD KNOWS HOW LONG BEFORE YOU GET WITH SOMEONE ALL TO GIVE YOUR SPILL ALL THE PART NUMBERS AND TO BE TOLD NOT COVERED. PWI PENN JACK SILVA! A++++!!!

I'm a dealer in Connecticut that had been looking for a warranty company that really gets the job done and has competitive pricing as well as coverage from day one, I contacted Jack Silva of preferred warranties and he really took great care of us here at CT Auto Wholesalers in Torrington. I give him and both companies of Penn and preferred warranties and outstanding review and recommend that anybody looking for warranty company that works and is priced effectively To choose PWI or Penn (sister companys) And if you're a dealership in Connecticut looking for a good Rep you better call Jack Silva because he is the guy you want to talk to!
