You believe that you are paying in Sterling but it is in fact US dollars.
The return policy is made as difficult as possible, thus dissuading you from doing anything but giving your purchase to charity.
Leave well alone.
This company is not legit is a scam.
This company is not legit. More a scam than anything else. The shoes, cheap in materials and manufacturing. Located in China, it take longer than expected to arrive. They will try to convince you to accept some money in return for the bad experience. I was lucky enough to have payed through PayPal and got my money back in full.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY…
I bought three pairs of supposedly 'orthopaedic' sandals/shoes from this company which appeared to be based in the USA...the prices were in US dollars and two of the three pairs 49 and 50% reduced. THE QUALITY WAS AWFUL....cheap plastic and certainly not in any way orthopaedic! I was horrified when I saw what I had paid £99 for. Especially when I saw the value given as 6.95 US dollars on the address label FROM CHINA....so BUYER BEWARE. I will not be buying online again. Photos can be very misleading. AND THE RETURN HAS TO BE MADE WITHIN 15 days, nigh impossible to China. Prehomemart also seems to be Dandelionnet.com
I did get a partial refund but it seems to me I should have had a full refund minus the true value (6.95 US dollars) of this plastic.
