ZERO communication, apology or pro customer approach

They made a mistake and cancelled the order what is acceptable but what is not acceptable is ZERO apology or owning up to their mistake. They are not communicating and if they do because the marketplace asked them to, they can’t even bother to talk English or Slovak while order was made on Slovak website. Instead of providing answers they are closing the request. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I am very pleased with my purchase from…

I am very pleased with my purchase from this company. The equipment was delivered quickly and well protected. The only thing I didn't like was the contact with the company, it took a very long time to receive any feedback.
Overall, however, I am very pleased with the purchase.

Fast customer support;
Fast shipping and great packaging;
Great deals.
I have ordered an Aorus gaming laptop "refurbished", the laptop came in "brand new" condition, no scratches, no imperfections.
Till now I had no issues at all and I highly reccomend them.
! Be aware if you are buying a laptop or keyboard from them, most probably the layout will be QWERTZ not QWERTY and will contain german letters !

Good items, but BEWARE THE FAKE LISTINGS

UPDATE: Since then, they have indeed refunded the money. Quite slow, but not as bad as some others have said. Guess I'm fortunate. For this, I'll raise my rating

Hey, listen PreiswertePC. You know exactly who I am. I have been a regular customer who has bought many laptops from your website and have been very satisfied with all but the most recent one. The last one I ordered was never even delivered to me, because it was a fake listing! You still haven't sent me the refund of 421,75 Euros for this after nearly 2 weeks! Imagine how much legal trouble this could land you in if you don't hurry up and give me my money back.

If you don't change your ways, you will only be remembered for scamming people out of their money. What a shame, because all of the other orders were real and were delivered on time. That's why I kept using your website, but now you have left a terrible taste in my mouth. I do believe you will refund me still even though I've seen other reviews saying you haven't refunded after months! Are you crazy? You need to learn something called customer service. Bear in mind that I am 100% justified and will take legal action if you don't give me my refund

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the ordered device was sold out, so we couldn't deliver your order. Yes the refund was 10 days to late and this was our fault.

Printer - all good

Bought HP Laser Jet MFP M130fw.

There are some negative reviews for the shop. As it is refurbished electronics, so probably things not always go as expected.

But in my case everything was fine. Item was delivered in 2 days. Was in original packaging, with all the docs, software cd, cables. The toner/cartridge was "almost empty", but I didn't even expect there will be one at all! Drum condition is 90% according to the printer status report. Visual Condition of the printer is like new. Price about half of the new one.

update:
I got my money back, so I will give it 2 star. thats it.

its a "scam" website...
they send me the wrong model, and telling me that this model is better than what I ordered (which is actually worse)...
so what they did wrong in my case are:
1. oversale (so they have to switch the model)
2. deceiving customer by telling me "equivalent or better" in customer service
3. did not ask my permission to change the model I ordered

In the end, I dont know if I can get my money back.
