Lengthy wait and wrong items
Accepted order even though one of the items was not in stock but not informed, I had to chase. Refunded that item quickly and Customer service contact was quick however had to chase the order again a number of times.
Received order today (14 days after placing order) and one item is an obvious return which has been put back in the wrong packet so received two tops instead of top & joggers. V frustrated

The item is good, but delivery is a nightmare
The item is good, it is immaculately built on the exterior, however the inside were sub par: especially the pockets. But it is still an excellent jacket!
My issue is with the courier. I could've given a higher score, but it was so appalling that it ruined the experience for it. It makes me absolutely hesitant to make any future purchases.

Nova Jacket
Bought a Nova jacket recently which arrived promptly.
The large came up quite big so returned same day and exchanged for a medium which is perfect.
The return process was also simple and efficiently handled.
Coat is awesome, really like it and would highly recommend Pre London.

I bought a pair of slim fit jeans and the fit was excellent for me. A fairly tight fit but not as tight as their skinny jeans and tapered down to the ankle.
The quality is great and the customer service was excellent.
