Rakesh and Vicky have made a world of difference for me regarding my sight - Rakesh monitoring my corneal graft in one eye and giving me a brilliant toric lens in the other eye. Vicky has fitted me with scleral lenses for dry eyes and gone above and beyond in professionalism, support, friendship - and, of course, results! Nothing has been too much trouble for her to provide me with total comfort along with excellent vision. I hope she'll keep me as a patient for ever!

I recently had implantable contact lens (ICL) surgery at Prema Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. The facilities are absolutely top-notch—modern, clean, and designed to make patients feel comfortable and at ease. It’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully considered.

What truly sets Prema Clinic apart, though, is the incredible team. Every single person I interacted with, from reception to the surgical team, was not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and compassionate. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain the procedure thoroughly, and made sure I felt confident and supported throughout the entire process.

The surgery itself went well, and the results have been life-changing. My vision is now better than I ever imagined possible. Unfortunately I have experienced a few challenges with one of my eyes (my rubbish eye rather than the surgery) but thanks to the expert care I received, and the patience of my surgeon, we are working together to overcome this. The aftercare has been exceptional!

Prema and especially their trained staff were outstanding. Making me feel at ease as I'm nervous in these sort of surroundings and very personable. Going back again for more treatments soon. I would fully recommend them.

I treat myself to the "photo fabulous" treatment, which included IPL and Resurfx, with Tricia and am delighted with the results. My pigmentation is almost gone and a glow to my skin is now apparent. Beautiful clinic, lovely staff and amazing outcome. Thankyou!!
