In regards to Premex confirming appointments, we ask that the instructed medical experts book their own appointments directly with clients here on Premex Plus, as dependent on the complexity and specialty of an instructed medical expert their work schedule can differ.

just useless.

youre just useless. it takes 3 months for you to get hospital records at which point we all discover youve been searching at the wrong hospital. and in this most recent case youve booked me an appointment for the wrong day.

i wish i didnt have to deal with you, im much more capable dealing with things on my own. which is exactly what i did regarding my appointment with my specialist examiner, which is why i went on the 5th not the 4th as you suggested, your office seems ot quite literally be unable to achieve the specifics of the task in hand. and i essentially have to pay you for the privilege.

With regards to medical appointments, here on Premex+ our appointments are usually made directly with the claimant by the instructing medical expert. This is because our medical experts hold their own diaries due to the complexity of their work commitments.

Poor communication

The assessments were carried out very professionally both very considerate people.
But my solicitor still has not received either of them that we’re carried out 5 and 6 weeks ago. And this delays my treatment.
What comments do you have?

My hospital notes were not fully copied.

My hospital notes were not fully copied. This meant the expert saw me without knowing a full picture of my injuries.
Please write to confirm that you won’t raise a bill for the work. Shortcomings like this raise insurance premiums unnecessarily. Like me, you could be enjoying cheaper motoring by claiming claim costs down.

I have been informed in good time with appropriate information in relation to my appointments. I have informed yourself via Ageas Law when I have been unable to attend appointments and so far, no appointments have clashed. I am grateful for your attention to detail so far.
