everything ok but seems to take a long time but maybe that’s normal?

Thank you for your feedback John, it is always appreciated. I can see it took approximately 10 weeks from receipt of instruction to appointment. Timescales can vary depending on varies factors, I will have a look to see if there is anything we could have done quicker to help improve our service going forward.

I've been through/going through hell…

I've been through/going through hell but Premex are helping me through it with my case. It's been a long long journey but it's been okay. I had to pay for all my travel fair to all my appointments which is a LOT as I am on benefits and unable to work. I've travelled all over the place for miles with severe injuries. I could have used some help with the travel expenses, but I guess that's the way it is. But Premex have dealt with my appointments in a very professional way and have been very kind. Thank you.

clutter the mailbox

Very slow most of the time appointment are booked directly and Premex+ emails just clutter the mailbox

inefficient making appointments

inefficient making appointments. Appointments made were too far away necessitating me travelling 8 hours round trip. That despite me advising on my location !!

We do try to make appointments as close as possible, on occasion depending on specialty and medical expert required, this can sometimes mean travelling further but we do try to limit this. Late Notification

Rating more to do with the fact I received notification of the appointment on the 16th April via an e-mailed letter dated 26th April (and received on that date)
Regarding the appointment itself was very happy with it and was professionally conducted

Premex need to work on their crossover…

Premex need to work on their crossover between solicitors. This created alot of delay between all three parties. This meant myself as the client had to chase between both parties to speedup the process of certain medical appointments as well as chasing for medical records. I became the middle man which was stressful. If I did not do the work needed to progress it would've taken longer to conclude alot of the appointments.

Venue needs to be changed for patient client constations.client

Make sure you give correct appointment venue address.

When visiting correct venue it was totally inappropriate for disabilities.
External staircase and steep steps to 3 internal doors.
No waiting area in building so had to sit on stairs outside appointment room. Really not conducive for clinical appointments.
