Actually finish the job. The showerhead didn’t work after installation, he was supposed to come back to finish it but it has been over a week. I have tried to call customer service and gotten no response.

Ease Of Install Process
Marcel was on time and installed the shower alone. He and I discussed the placement of the niche and grab bar. He was polite, respectful of my home, professional, and did a great job. I highly recommend Premier and request Marcel for installation.

An exceptional experience!
Dealing with Premier actually resulted in a pleasant experience. WOW! The process began with a non pressure interview, options shown and explained with questions answered.
The installers arrived on the agreed date and went over all particulars of the project to ensure we were on the same page. Items that were not specifically identified such as grab bar placements were discussed in detail prior to install for exact desired height, angle, and location. Questions on process or particulars of the install were explained politely,fully, and not treated as interruptions. Our two installers worked professionally and seamlessly.
At the finish of what was a coordinated project fully including us, the entire system was explained. Operation and particulars of all devices were demonstrated with any questions answered.
We have been completely satisfied with the experience and would recommend Premier to anyone desiring a quality reasonably priced installation.

Installer was nice and seemed to know what needed to get done. But the company who supplied the parts had a lot of issues and scheduling so that made my experience unsatisfactory. The company needs to get people that know what needed to get done in a timely manner and back up the product they sell. Not to send different people to satisfy the customer on problems with the product they sell. So with my experience I would not tell anyone to go with this company it’s nothing but problems and the price you pay is not worth it.

The pros showed up on time and worked hard all day to complete the installment and put the furniture back in place! This was a five star experience from beginning to end. The flooring looks beautiful and we couldn’t be happier.

Very informative and friendly estimate
My meeting to receive an estimate was very informative. Fred wanted what I thought was MY best fit. No high pressure. He did a comparison on the materials with me and then worked with me to keep the cost down. He explained open ended and closed contracts with me.

Horrible! It’s been a nightmare still waiting on a resolution to my shower that has been leaking and the door keeps falling off on top of the fact that there is also mold growing on the bottom where the product is sealed!! Been waiting almost two years for them to resolve the iissues!
