Our bathroom is amazing! From the first day that Catalin our fitter arrived, he worked so hard. He was professional, really friendly and at the end of the day always went through what he had completed that day. It was such a good experience even though we weren’t looking forward to the upheaval, so much so we will miss him today!!

Installers worked well, and to a high standard.
Had issues initially with the plan which seemed to have the shower the wrong way round.
In my view the project manager should be on site the first morning to iron out any of these issues and ensure the project proceeds smoothly.

I want to say our fitter, Nasos, went out of his way to complete our new shower. My husband has alzeimers so a walk-in shower was perfect.
Nasos did an outst@nding job for us and we can’t thank him and the admin staff for their help.
There were a few unexpected problems on the way but they were sorted and just today thank you to everyone.

Good to have a customer liaison person enquiring about progress of the job in hand and to sort out any issues that may arise.

The person sent to fit walk in Bath was called Steve. He was very good, and a nice person to get on with.

What can be a stressful experience was made less so by the sales rep Paul, the surveyor Craig and in particular by the subcontractor Paul & his family who could have been more professional and helpful if they tried. The only blip was Justin the electrician not turning up when he said he was, but Samir, who was also very professional, from the office rang everyday and made sure the electrician did turn up the next day - all in all I am very satisfied & would highly recommend Premier Care in Bathing 🌈

The company project managed the whole process which meant we didn’t have to. They phoned daily to check in with us and the installer to see how it was going. Any concerns were responded to.
The installer checked in with us along the way. He kept us informed of his comings and goings. Having started he worked straight through to completion.

Excellent products. All staff are really helpful and professional. All give personal care of the whole project

Premier Care in Bathing. At first I was a little surprised at the quote but so pleased that we went ahead, from the initial design meeting through to the end of instalment was a very painless process, we were contacted each day to check everything was as it should be, Kosta our fitter did a wonderful job, very quick, very tidy and pleasant to boot. The bathroom looks fabulous. All rubbish promptly removed as promised. You may get it cheaper but you wouldn't get it better. Thank you so much to all concerned.

Excellent service from start to finish.
The only suggestion would be better if the prices could be itemised so you can see exactly what you’re paying for rather than just a package price.
What I will say though that firstly a big thank you to Claire who was our Customer Account support, she rang every day to check how things were going and if we had any concerns or questions. Very friendly and polite every step of the way and excellent customer service.
Secondly to our fitter Jakub, he was exceptional he worked like a Trojan every day, he just got on with his job with no breaks. He cleaned up after himself every day to a high standard and was a friendly polite young gentleman.
Thirdly to Carl our salesman he was friendly, helpful, polite and understanding of our needs.
We would definitely recommend this company and my parents are really pleased with the final solution - thank you
