Had a great experience buying our car. Hassan was very friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He made everything easy and stress-free. Really happy with the service.

Darren has sorted all the bits I thought would be complicated buying our daughter’s first car. Really quick and easy from the moment I first called. Thank you!

Check for scratches and key marks that have been well hidden and only show after a few weeks.
A wax was used to hide a long key or bush scratch on drivers side.
I can tell it was hidden because a part of it had touch up paint on it. Apart from this all was great. I don’t appreciate the hidden scratch though. Will cover with side stripes.

Absolutely awful... I purchased a van via the Kettering branch, finance apparently all agreed and full deposite paid, picked van up and traveled about 30 miles to a job that I was working on, got a call from Darren who sold me the van and said I had to bring van back as the fiance had not paid out, so total incompetence to start with as never read that this agreement was only if I was part exchanging, which I wasn't, wanted me to pay more deposit with another company which I refused.
So the agreement was I gave the van back and would receive my full deposit back by the end of the day , well I'm still waiting! I've had to cancel van insurance, let customers down. Now in the process of sorting a van with a reliable company, they don't care about their customers not interested in the fact I'm losing income due to this or the costs that I've accrued during the short time of having this van... advise if you want good customer service go else where, eg synta
Great service and honest would use them again no problem
Thank you

Richard was excellent throughout. Dealt with my calls efficiently and made the process of the car purchase very seamless.
Couple of points on the valet which have been highlighted.

Everything was straight forward with very pleasant staff who were easy to contact.
My only disappointment is there was no ford badge on the tailgate.

The way my son was treated was terrible
Saved up for a new van for work - had problems withinone hour of driving away - had to go back twice as warning lights and van in limp mode - they tried to tell him all fixed and sorted - total lies and eventually got the money back but would not compensate hime for the full two days he lost from work as had to take the van back three hour round trip each way on two consequitive days - after service terrible and they clearly do not care about their customers - been in customer service for years and never experience it so bad as this - would not trust them or buy anything from them

Kettering branch -
We bought a 5 year old Ford KUGA from this dealership back in June 2025.
We were told the car would have a FULL service prior to us collecting it.
Within a month of purchase the Clutch burned out. The car started smoking out on our drive.
The car has 50,000 miles on the clock - They told us it was 'wear and tear' implying we did it. After 30 years of driving we had never had a clutch issue. Our old car had almost 200,000 miles on the clock. The clutch worked perfectly when we sold it.
We are confident the clutch was already 99% gone when we bought the car and the service was never carried out. If it was - they were keeping quiet about it.
We wanted to hand the car back and cancel our contract but at the time we had a 10 day road trip booked - ( just days after the clutch burned out). one of the few reasons for buying a new car in the first place.
When we called Kettering Car Supermarket, they assured us they would fix it in time.
They did - and charged us £750 for the new clutch to be installed. Something we assumed they would cover as the car was still in warranty. They told us clutches were not covered in any warranty in any garage across the UK. Luckily for them - this means they can sell all of their cars with 99% burned out clutches and absolutely no consequences.
We had to pay up or lose out on our holiday. Something booked and paid for a year in advance.
Since owning the car - the exhaust pipe has fallen off - the digital radio does not work in fact we are lucky if we can get one radio station for more than 20 minutes at a time - would never recommend them to anyone.
Every opportunity I get - I am letting people know this is NOT the place to go.

My 20 year oId Son purchased a 69 pIate, Peugeot Expert from this DeaIership on 30/8/25. The vehicIe as in good over-aII condition and given we were toId it onIy arrived the day before was very presentabIe. The deaI agreed was that the van wouId have a fuII service pre deIivery which was agreed for 13/9/25 giving two weeks for the vehicIe to be properIy prepared. On handover - which was exceIIent - my Son was advised 'not to Iet fueI run down to Iess than 50 miIes range. When we Ieft the forecourt the range was 37 miIes!!!! My Son did the 49 miIe journey home and before he got home the engine warning Iight came on. The foIIowing day the vehicIe went into Iimp mode and one of the side doors fIew open on it's own and wouId not cIose. My Son returned the van the foIIowing day, taking a fuII day off work and when he arrived at the DeaIership they were Iess than heIpfuI. My Son was toId that the van had not had a fuII service but that their 'extensive muIti-point pre deIivery inspection covered most items covered by a service' - not what was contractuaIIy agreed. After I spoke to a Manager they agreed to undertake items that a fuII service wouId cover that had not been addressed by the inspection whiIe he waited. They aIso fitted a new Add-bIu pump and after some arguing agreed to fix a new Iock to the door instead of the originaI pIan of 'bending' the existing Iock?! Assured that the probIem was soIved my Son Ieft having been at the deaIership from 09.00 - 4 pm and before he got home the van went into Iimp mode again. My Son then had to take a second day off work and returned the vehicIe the foIIowing day to reject it. He was promsied a fuII refund by cIose of business that day. Part of the refund came through after chasing the foIIowing day and he had to wait severaI days for the portion paid by credit card to be recieved. When asking about compensation for Ioss of earnings, dieseI used and inconvenience he was advised to write in to Customer Services which I did earIier this week. No meaningfuI apoIogy, cIaims that 'after 40 years in the industry' they have never known of Ioss of earnings being covered due to breakdown and offered a refund for dieseI provided a reciept was suppIied. After further corrspondence an offer of £200 off a future vehicIe purchase was offered - totaIIy unsatisfactory. AII together a costIy, time consuming and disappointing experience. We have made every effort to seek an amicabIe and satisfactory resoIution with this DeaIer who have decIined to make a meaningfuI offer to cover my Son's inconvenience, disappointment and financiaI Iosses. I have to say we couId not fauIt the saIes man or the saIes process but the experience foIIowing coIIection was the worst I have experienced from any deaIer in 45 years of car buying with comments Iike 'it is not our fauIt your Son chose to buy a vehicIe 49 miIes from his home' - unbeIievabIe. Think very carefuIIy before buying from this DeaIer.
