This was the worst parking facility…would never use it again, complete waste of money.
This was the worst parking facility that we have ever used and we have cruised 20 times! We got there at 12:30 and got on the shuttle at 2:30. Also had to carry our luggage up 3 levels!!!

75 minute wait for shuttle after getting off boat
Terrible service
Could not find ...only partial refund...they stopped answering the phone to get directions
Poor transportation to and from Parking…
Poor transportation to and from Parking garage to Port and back. We had to wait an hour before the van came to pick us up at the Port and return to the parking garage. We only saw three vans in action and Premier Cruise claimed that 5 vans were in service. It is very doubtful is we will even use this service again.
ONLY 5 VANS THAT HOLD 10 PEOPLE .
Affordable!
The garage parking is affordable. The only drawback is the order in which people get on the shuttle van after the cruise. Some who have waited longer may not get on right away because the van didn’t stop directly in front of them. Otherwise, very convenient.
Just horrible service
We got off the Carnival magic around 1030 am sunday dec 9 2018. We waited with about 6 other families for the van to get us.for around 2 hours. A van passed us and sped up. the second said departures were priority, The third guy said I will turn around and get you, never did. We even called the place and a lady said we will send one, nothing. We ended up getting a taxi, who was reluntanct to take us because the place is about a.mile and a half away.Ended up paying $15. Then when we got there we see about 50 people waiting
We had a very long wait over 1.5 hours…
We had a very long wait over 1.5 hours to be picked up after our cruise. The wait to be picked up prior was also very long
Our parking experience was a nightmare
Our parking experience was a nightmare. We waited almost two hours to get to the port. They lied about how many vans they had when the truth is they overbooked for the number of vans they do have. They also blamed traffic and this was not the case. We will never use this parking facility again.
Was the tale of two journeys arrival and departure
Was the tale of two journets arrival and departure. Arrival.
Met at level 5 told to go to 7 . got there directed to park.i backed in the spot , told to turn around. Walked to where all the people were gathering but no one advising us so we waited for 30 minutes . a lady from the crow took things into her hands and started organizing the people waiting into two groups or lines . Symphony on the seas and everyone else. Took her 10 minutes walking up and down the lines answering questions and calming everyone down.finally got on a van and made our way to the ship
Departture:
Van was on time and hustled us in and off we went to our cars with more vans ready to do the same thing . went very smoothly
he needs 2 more vans and 2 more…
he needs 2 more vans and 2 more employees to speed up the process. fix the van in the parking garage that has flat tires on it. the pick up time should be 15 minutes in rotation not 30.
Thanks for taking care of us
It was a great experience.
It was a great experience.. The two Hispanic drivers were helpful and humble.. the pick up was quick..
I’ll do it again.
Excellent Service
Our car was safe throughout our cruise vacation, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with parking. The shuttle was also very nice! Very friendly driver who took great care of everyone in the shuttle! Would definitely recommend and WILL use again!
Written instructions for where to meet…
Written instructions for where to meet shuttle were highly inaccurate for Terminal A. Waited one hour and 7 minutes before we gave up and got a cab. I will be requesting reimbursement for the cab fare. During the one hour and 7 minutes, one Premier van went past us, completely full, and it did not stop to acknowledge us or let us know when the next van might be by. It was a mistake to choose this company.
Arrived at the cruise parking garage at…
Arrived at the cruise parking garage at 11am. Waited in line for shuttle to cruise port for 1 1/2 hours. They can only take 9 to 11 passengers at a time. Not enough shuttles. I had an 11:30 to 12:00 check in at the port...I didn't arrive until 1:45. No problems with the driver.
Nice parking area with plenty of room.
Using Premiere was so easy
Using Premiere was so easy. We were picked up quickly upon returning. I would definitely use you again.
Parking Disappointment
Had to wait in a fume filled, hot garage for 1 1/2 hours while empty vans were going back to the pier. The drivers were both friendly and efficient, which is why we give four stars. Have used this parking service before and never had this problem.
I liked the staff, but watch out for the owner. How ironic.
Ok. So two parts to this review. First, I thought the drivers and staff personal in the garage parking lot were fantastic. They were courteous, pleasant and helpful. I was also satisfied with the location of the parking lot and I loved the fact that it was close to the cruise terminals and that my car was not going to be exposed to the outside elements as it was covered. Now to the second part, I was disappointed that the person on the phone, who I believe was the owner of the company, was very stressed, aggressive and mistakenly thought that I (the customer) was complaining about not been picked up by the staff. I had to explained to him that I was not complaining nor upset, but simply communicating to him that we had our luggage inspected which in turn made us miss the pick up. I was ok with being picked up at a later time and was just making sure that he knew we were still there. It was almost comical to see the owner of the company behaving in this manner. I guess the owner has had some previous bad experiences with his customer and was projecting that I was doing the same with no facts to back up his belief. lol. Like I said it was comical. I literally had to remind him several times as he was raising his voice to me (which did not help at all, as I wanted to start yelling back at him) that I was not complaining. He even questioned me on how many times I had called them to make them aware that we were there. I would suggest that the owner truly puts aside the stress of his job and focuses on listening to the customer before making assumptions. Yes, I would recommend this place to friends and as a matter of fact I did already as I have a friend who will be cruising out of Miami. But rest assure, I informed them of my interaction with the person on the phone (the owner).
