Smooth vehicle drop-off in garage; easy transfer to ship.
When it became time for pick-up after the cruise, it took a while for the drive to arrive; but we were delivered straight to our car. Alas, there was urine on our car (we guess, someone relieved themselves on the deck above, and it came through the ceiling); and the drive home has an unpleasant smell until we hit a car wash. Obviously, this is not Premier's fault. So: overall good experience.

Parking at premier cruises was excellent and effortless. We parked our car in a covered parking garage and the shuttle tookus to the cruise port and picked us up quickly. Would highly recommend using this service.

They told me that I could park my car until 3:30 and that the shutter was available to take us to the port until that same time..... we arrived at the garage at 3:05 and they told us that there was no shutter available to take us to the port ... at the end we had to park in the port and premier cruise parking did not want to return our money.

Arrival worked out fine. We arrived at the garage only waited a few moments do to the person in the car in front of us was having a hard time understanding the attendant. When that cleared up we were quickly on our way.

Departure from the port was horrible. We arrived off the ship and to the designated area. There was a van from Premier there but unfortunately we did not make it on. The driver informed us that the next van was on its way. We continued standing at the same place, waving the paper that Premier gave us and told us to wave so that other would see us and everyone would gather at the same place. Several people followed directions and gathered behind us but others just laughed and moved closer to where the traffic was entering into the port. Well after standing for over 45 minutes the van stopped a distance away from us, closer to the entrance. Several people raced to get on. Most of us who were waiting after missing the last van remained standing and having to wait for the another van. Premier needs to develop a system so that passengers can be picked up in an orderly fashion based on when they arrived at the designated area.

Do not hesitate to use this company and park with them! We had no issues at all- easy peasy! The lot is located near the port (? 2miles) and is covered. Easy to find. Shuttle on the way home was quick. Great attitudes of shuttle drivers, would definitely park here again!

Fast and easy parking experience. Ride to the port was short and comfortable. Drivers are extremely pleasant. I would use this service again!

They are excellent! I had a change in plans and couldn’t make the cruise on the day of departure and head to revise my plans to fly to Saint Thomas to meet the crew ship and John refunded most of my money.

Close to the Terminal - easy to get to - covered parking and price is right.
Van Driver was very courteous and helpful and only had to wait a short time for the pick up from the Ship.

It took a long time to get to the airport and the parking attendant gave us a hard time because we had two cars in one reservation and could not read that the e-mails where for two different cars.

They called their contact and I called who I reserved the parking with.

Also it was very hard to find. Then, they left us waiting for a while. We got here at 12:30 and got to the boat after 2:30. The cruise employees thought we could have missed our cruise.

Pulled in ,directed to park. had someone come for luggage ,they put in van shuttle. was at ship in less then 15 min. Young man Was very nice and drove very good. His name was luis. Coming back. Walked off ship ,Shuttle was there in 3 minute. Young man said he just started . Came from Cleveland I Believe. Very Courteous, unloaded luggage and took to my Car. Both very Nice Guys. I would Recommend this parking to all my Friends going on Cruise

Communication was not very good when we dropped off our car and when we returned to the garage, we were "dumped off" 2 levels above our parking spot with no attempt to help us find our car.

We were back on I-95 at 8:00 am. Good location.

Very very unorganized and unfriendly people. We have 5 people in our family and we had no problem with that for the shuttle on the way there, but on the return trip they would only allow 4 people to ride in the shuttle..my son had to Uber back to the garage even though we had an empty seat in the back..at least we used the tip we were going to give the driver to pay for the Uber.. we have used offsite parking many times in Miami for cruising and this is by far one of the worst experiences.. I would use a different company if you want hassle free and whatever you do don’t have 3 kids...lol

Pretty good experience overall. Easy to get to and close to the port. Drivers were friendly and professional. Shuttle wait time was less than 30 minutes in both drop-off and pick-up. Excellent price for Miami parking!

Close to cruise terminal and great service. I will use again!

Slow pickup going to the port but, only a ten minute wait from the port to the parking garage. The check-in booth should be located at the entrance to level 7, not half way up between levels 7 & 8. Every thing else was perfect.
