This delivery company wowed me with their top notch delivery services 👌 They communicated with me almost everyday until my item was delivered 👌 👍 To crown it all, they have this site that shows you in real-time where the driver conveying your item is until he gets to your address! I booked my delivery for my bed this morning for next week, but I realised after I booked it that no one would be there, I phoned back and spoke with Jafar Ali and he was very kind and understanding and rearranged my delivery for this weekend.

I was having trouble getting a delivery date, I kept getting messages to confirm and I did that 3 times, so I started a chat, Liba was very helpful and confirmed my delivery within a few minutes.

Received an email to book a date for a bed delivery and called them the same day, answered within one minute with a friend call handler who booked it in on my preferred date. Simple and quick exchange.

I am more than pleased with the service given. I was kept up to date regarding the delivery time, even down to a three hour slot, then again informed within a one hour slot then ten minutes. So very efficient. The mattress we received is well worth the money and FREE delivery, what more can anyone ask. The delivery man very polite and helpful and Ahmed the main contact, nothing was too much trouble. I'd highly recommended the Company.
