Vinyl looks great, signatures are clear and the added signed photo was a great bonus. Arrived in great condition, no bends or edges smashed in.Was ordered as a surprise for my husband who is a huge X Ambassadors fan and he loved it! Communication and order fulfillment speed were terrible. Was a month past the expected delivery window and I reached out 3 times with only one auto generated response received back and even that took almost a week. Customer service was so bad, more like non existent that it made me not want to order any more products from this site.
