Ordered carpet from them. The fitter noticed a manufacturing fault and I contacted them. Sent them photos of the issue, no response.
Had to get the fitter to cut and join the carpet to remove the fault from the striped pattern as had to get it fitted that day.
They refused a request for a partial refund as the carpet had been cut.
Are they selling seconds?
Ordered a large vinyl product and received it next day!
Contacted their customer service team just to double check my order and they couldn't have been nicer.
Would definitely recommend.
Ordered free sample of vinyl flooring online, chased up with email after a week, no reply. Phoned after 2 weeks, managed to talk to somebody, said they couldn't find my order - took details and said would phone back shortly when checked stock, you guessed it, no call.
Don't waste your time!
