Premier always does what they promise in a friendly way and at a reasonable price.

After my wife tripped and fell walking on our multi-level pathway to our house one night, I decided it was time to get some quality lighting installed. We called about 10 lighting installers in the western Chicago suburbs, and got quotes from 3. We chose Premier Lighting because of 1) how quickly they would come out and do the installation, 2) the high quality of materials they proposed using, 3) their additional lighting ideas for our house which were minimal cost since most of the groundwork was already being done and 4) the availability of their service plan (I have mobility issues and didn't want to have to do any work). Their price was competitive and many years later I continue to be on their service plan and am very happy with my lighting and their service. My house looks gorgeous at night, and all my pathways are very well lighted. The equipment has survived over the last 10 cold and snowy winters with NO damages...even with 3rd party snow removers banging into the lights and our landscape crew knocking into them. We have upgraded the system over time (adding digital timers as well as light sensors) to get maximum value. When our landscaper moved a shrub and cut the underground line connecting all of our lights, Premier Lighting was at our house within 2 days and fixed the problem for their base service charge. The service plan we have includes bulb maintenance at no charge...so whenever a bulb burns out (which is infrequently) they are out to replace..usually in the same week. Even when a landscaper cutting our grass ejects a rock from the lawn mower and breaks a bulb...they are out to replace at no charge. Twice a year...they come out and clean all the lense covers and adjust all the lights to ensure they are properly aligned per the original plan. They have been our lighting contractor for 10 years...thats probably the best recommendation in that statement.

We put a pool in our backyard and needed to repair the damage to our front yard lighting, add ambient light to the surrounding backyard and light the new walkway along the house. Premier came out, took an assessment of the job, asked lots of questions as to what we were trying to accomplish and then told us they would get back to us promptly. Sure enough, they called within 3 days with a estimate and plan of action. We decided to divide the project into 2 parts and they were completely on board with breaking up the job to accommodate our needs. We never felt pressured to do more than we wanted at that time and if we decide to add additional lighting we wouldn't hesitate to call Premier Lighting to complete the job at hand.

I have been a client for over 10yrs. I have been nothing less than pleased with Premier Lighting. They are extremely professional and are deeply concerned about customer satisfaction. They are timely on service calls as well as telephone call-backs. I love my lighting system and the company that installed it.

We have a fair amount of landscape lighting in both our front and back yards, and it is important to us that it is kept in great working order. We struggled for years trying to find a reliable servicer that we could trust. We happened to get a postcard from Premier Lighting, decided to give them a try, and have never looked back! There has not been a problem they could not fix! We have had them out annually for at least 5-7 years now, and both Juan and Eric are extremely friendly, smart, reliable--everything you need in someone you are entrusting your home to. We have recommended them to many friends, who have also raved about the level of service. I actually look forward to their visits!

I am an avid gardener, and have some unique pieces of art, several stone decks, and a waterfall on my property. The staff at Premier Lighting worked closely with us to create a beautiful ambiance tin a way that enhances each area to its most glorious state; moonlit areas on circular patios; ground lights shining up on a Roman style gazebo; torch style lights on a forest pathway. In addition, they have been readily available and equally attentive when we have called for adjustments or repairs. All of the staff has been completely trustworthy and very friendly. I recommend them very highly

Fast and great products. We enjoy our exterior lighting!

I had worked with my landscaper for 2 seasons to add outdoor lighting to my yard. During that time, three different types of cannisters and light bulbs were used. Additionally, the timer box was nearly impossible to access and the timer didn't work properly. After some internet research, I thought I'd contact Premier. Mike came out in two days, assessed the situation, gave his suggestions and gave me a quote. I accepted the quote and a week later my yard was awesome. It was done promptly, professionally and on budget. They are awesome!

WE USED PREMIER LIGHTING FOR OUR BACKYARD WITH GARDEN LOW LIGHTS AND UP LIGHTS. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND THE DESIGNER WAS HELPFUL AND LISTENED TO OUR REQUESTS. WE THEN HAD THEM RETURN AND DO ADDITIONAL LIGHTING IN OUR FRONT YARD. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT. THEY ARE A REPUTIBLE COMPANY WITH GREAT SERVICE AND PRODUCT LINES.

They responded to my calls and were very responsible throughout their installation and termination of the project. We would highly recommend them!

The folks at Premier Lighting offered great suggestions after listening to what I wanted to achieve. My project was done in two stages and I had two great experiences. They installed new and repaired existing fixtures. Things got "brighter" with each visit. Can't wait for round three!
