Very responsive - even called back on a Saturday- site visit and fitting arranged in two days - Louise who visited was really helpful and explained the options available. Jack who fitted the stairlift was excellent.

An engineer rectified a fault and other undiagnosed faults with my mother's stair lift today, she called them at 11:10 and an engineer was here by 14:00 despite the awful weather and us being situated some distance away in Coventry. I wish I'd caught his name as he explained in great detail on how to diagnose the issue by simply checking a number the lift was displaying which obviously is helpful when making a call.

Again it's top marks for Premier Mobility from me.

I also have to add they were extremely courteous and respectful of my property.

Jack & Jenson are 2 fanatic men, they was very professional & also very polite, they knew exactly what needed doing even though some of the diagrams was not right the both made sure it was perfect, Jack spent a lot of time in the loft getting all the fixings perfect, & Jenson was working on the floor, we had 3 hoist fitted, even though the property is empty they still cleaned up after themselves, they shown me how to use the hoist & explained everything also they said someone will be out every 6mths to do a visual check to make sure all is ok & once a year to service the hoist, I will ask for Jack & Jenson to come back again if there is more work that needs doing,

I have recently bought two rise and recline chairs from Premier Mobility in Hinckley and I have been really impressed with the friendliness of the staff in the shop and the Knowledge they have on the great range of chairs they stock, to ensure that I bought the perfect one for me. Tara helped with advice on fabric and was very patient when I was looking through the vast selections of material to choose the one perfect for my decor. Whilst I was in the shop she contacted the manufacturer to ensure my choice was in stock.
When my chairs arrived I was contacted and they were able to deliver and install them when I wanted. The delivery men were brilliant helping me choose the best location for them.
I cannot praise the staff at premier mobility enough as they were always very friendly and helpful.
I love my chairs which are really comfortable with the perfect fabric and amazing value. I highly recommend this shop for all your mobility needs.

Jack and Jenson was very helpful, kind. They explained everything very good and clearly, they cleaned up after when they had finished and made the room look clean and tidy again.

A replacement hoist for my son. Made sure they were equipped with ladders due to our high ceilings. It was also the first time that our ceiling track had ever been assessed making sure it was secure. Hoist was replaced swiftly without any issues. Jake and Jenson were friendly and polite pointing out and explaining the differences, including the service paperwork and call-out contact details. They were very thorough making sure all equipment was checked out thoroughly.

The 2 lads fitting my equipment were very polite and explained everything I needed to know in using the equipment. They were very neat and tidy cleaning everything up as they went along. Thank you Jack and Jenson.

They were quick and efficient and did a good job in fitting the ceiling hoist. I was pleased with the results.

Both Jack and Henson where absolute gentlemen, the explained everything to me stage by stage and cleaned up has they went. They behaved in such a professional manor and because they had to work round me being bed bound they altered their work to accommodate me.
