I've used Premier Sports for many years and continued to use when it became Viaplay. However, this latest version of Premier Sports is a big disappointment:

1. Having to frequently change password to log-in to the app - even though I hadn't changed password myself

2. Cannot watch on fire stick - kicks me out regularly

3. Quite often tune in to watch a match (AFTER kick-off) and met with replays of past matches

4. Yesterday, whilst watching a close/exciting game, screen went blank about 10 mins before final whistle and therefore I missed the conclusion because I couldn't log back in (see 1.).

Compared to other streaming services, Premier Sports is very poor.

Supplier advertising 1-3-6-12 months but refused to do 3months as he couldn’t be bothered. Took out 1 year subscription stream stopped several times so complained he stopped my subscription and told me no to order again. Rude people don’t use

How can this company Get away from stealing subscription money. Please, how do you cancel the subscription from these people ?

Premier TV host the United Rugby Championship games I pay a monthly fee to be able to watch these games. For some reason the player says I am not in the UK so not eligible to watch the games. I am based in South Wales. I have tried to contact the support, phoning and sending e-mails with no response. I am left with the conclusion they just don't care......
I am utterly frustrated by the whole sorry saga.
So no rugby for me from Premier Sport, I will have to try and view it else where.

Awful commentators and can’t be watched in multiple devices, having to log in/out every time you use different devices (e.g. laptop, Xbox, phone...), which can be painful. Other than that good quality video without interruptions.

What a crap! I take it few months ago before the Covid crisis, and was okay, in the last few games I can’t watch any complete! The stream stop and say is finish? When the game is still playing, need to sign out and in few times, loosing few goals and important moments, don’t pay for this! Better watch la liga with a professional service, this one looks as a hackers page!
