My custom royal crown 300 loose chips set just arrived. Let me share my experience... The service was great. Darrel replied to my emails very fast and on top of that he made me (as a customer ) to feel good! He was professional but at the same time he was friendly too! Unlike other sites i have contacted ( Holland, germany etc) At Premier Poker Chips i was not treated with snobism. Darrel gave me all the respect a customer should receive! Thank you for that Darell! If you want to make a custom set their designer is very good and quite talented i would say. She delivered on the digital proofs all of my ideas in a very artitstic way! The parcel arrived via fedex very fast and i dont live near by, i live in Athens Greece!
There is one thing missing from this very well organised internet poker company : more premium chips! Its a pity such a great company not to have more upmarket chips to sell Like ceramics, or china clays or even true clay casino style chips!
I am sure that if they decide to include more premium chips they would have enough sales to justify this add on !
Overall i am VERY satisfied with Premier Poker Chips and if you like entry level but well manufactured entry level poker chips they are the ones to buy your chips from and i would reccomend to make them custom which is a feature that not many European companies offer

Without a doubt the highest standard of customer service from an online shop of any kind I've experienced.

The turn-around time from order to delivery is brilliant, Darrell is very responsive to any enquiries about the product and will endeavour to help with anything.

The clay composite 14g crown numbered chips are excellent quality and hold brilliantly for chip stacks with nice touch for practical play. The matt texture and weight makes a quality sound when handling. Feedback from other players is also great when they receive the chips which is always reassuring hosting cash games. The numerals are on metallic finish which adds to the quality. Just superior chips to the standard plastic sets.

Can also recommend the Modiano Holdem playing cards, they shuffle and deal really well with a slight texture. I personally have a preference for the traditional Bee casino playing cards for their design and use them when less players are at the table but have to admit the Modiano ones are much better practically with the jumbo index and many players starting.
