100% happy

I could not recommend this company greater to any current or future people wishing for a polytunnel.
Having discussed my requirements with many companies, Premier Polytunnels were the only ones willing to work with me to provide what I needed.
An outstanding company with even better staff. Thank you.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE…

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Knowing nothing about polytunnels I went to this company . WHAT A MISTAKE. I arranged to purchase a used frame and skin for £1200. I then agreed to another £1000 for them to construct. Things went sour very quickly due to their inability to carry out the task. It appeared to me that the director Martin Woods had made the agreement but his daughter did not think they were being paid enough. We requested that they put right the numerous mistakes and complete the the job arranged. They made excuse after excuse . For example, they could not continue work due the presence of a large rock which their "team" could not remove and work halted until "we" removed it. I am 59 and my wife is 57. With the use of a timber fulcrum the rock which was no bigger than a 56lb bag of potatoes was removed. They built the tunnel in the wrong place after specific instructions. They then damaged the footings and left the structure unstable. At this point they walked off the job citing that we were being unreasonable in requesting the faults be put right. The job was successfully completed by anther company. Premier polytunnels then sent an invoice for the full job. They then took us to court and the judge ordered that we pay for only the materials supplied . She through out their ridiculous claim for labour, profit, and court costs. During the hearing the two directors Deborah Wood and her father Martin Wood openly told lies to the judge on numerous occasions. I then wrote a review on their company website as I do not want anyone else to be taken in by this company. Whilst looking through previous reviews made by " customers" on their website it became apparent that Deborah and Martin Wood were posting glowing reviews of their business posing as customers. I have informed trading standards and the advertising authority of their immoral behavior. I contacted the company and informed that I was aware of the murderous "glowing" reviews which had been posted shortly after my negative contribution . Amazingly, I then had a visit from the police as they had complained of harassment. It's fair to say that once the situation was explained to the police they were in possession of the full facts instead of comments made by persons who had previously been shown to have LIED to a judge.
Obviously it's up to the reader to make an informed choice when purchasing a service or product , however companies should be aware that consumers have the right to name and shame when that service or product is of such a poor standard that it is dangerous. In my dealings with premier polytunnels Ltd of Barnoldswick I can truly state and prove that they are LIARS, DISHONEST,UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT.

Good Price, Poor Instructions

I bought a 12x20ft PT from Premier in Sept. Cost was about £580, with free postage. This was considerably cheaper than the competitors, I think around £150. It arrived in about 1 week.

All the parts of the PT look to be good. quality.

The only thing that let it down was the instructions were not specific to my PT and size. They were also hard to follow, and in one place were incorrect. If a friend who has built two before didn't help I wouldn't have been able to get it up. They do offer a free support line, but I didn't use it. This is an area this company really needs to improve on. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.
