The customer care was fantastic
From start to finish I was updated and kept in the loop .
So much so we chose to sell another property with them .

I Choose premier properties as Stephen gave a realistic valuation of the property,they marketed the property very well and always kept in touch even after we accepted the offer on the house.would recommend this company as they made the selling of our house seem so easy

I found dealing with Stephen of Premier Properties was a positive experience. He explained the process of selling and buying property in a clear, easy to understand way and basically took all the hard work away from us when selling our home.
The support we received from all Premier staff was absolutely fantastic, they were always there at the end of the phone to advise when we had any queries. Gary Anderson from Access Mortgages put us in touch with Premier and Gary too was a great help, always there at the end of the phone to advise and support.
All in all, our experience with this company was 100% positive in all areas. I'm absolutely delighted with the experience.

Stephen and everyone involved at premier properties were brilliant from start to finish.Lots of honest and straight talking and also helpful when trying to iron any any problems that arise during the sale.would highly recommend this estate agent and would use them again if I was selling my house again.

Amazing stay ..I lived there for almost 6 months..Rooms were so clean and the other services were excellent..Emma and Catherine were so cordial and welcoming that am happy to say this as my first uk house..They are professional,helpful,sincere and I would recommend premier agencies to my friends and families..

I purchased a house for a specific reason, the house happened to be, being sold by Premier Properties. I had no issues at all in going through the process of viewing and purchasing the house. I then wanted to sell my own, to be honest I could have went to loads of other companies, therefore it just made sense to use Premier Properties, I have to say Stephen was very efficient in all the dealing(s) given it was all carried out just at the Covid -19 ‘Lockdown End’ the house was well marketed, and over the course of viewings, we had 36 viewers over some 4 days !!!!, then Stephen put a closing date on, only one week after it was put up for sale, it sold at some 15% over the home report value !, Really Great service and I would highly recommend.

I can not recommend and thank everyone at Premier properties enough. My house went to a closing date after only being on the market for 4 days and with only 3 days of viewings and we got 9 amazing offers. I could not be happier. I bought my first property from them and they were great, so when it came to selling it was an easy choice to make. They arranged for my home report to be carried out and they also recommended an amazing solicitor and mortgage advisor. They guided me through the process and put my mind at ease with everything. Great customer service from the beginning. They also advertised my property on every platform that I can think of. Thank you so much everyone at premiere properties.

I cannot recommend Stephen and the team at Premier Properties highly enough. Initially I wasn’t looking for a new property but wanted to find how I could convert my existing property to provide space for my elderly mother to move and live comfortably with us. I took advantage of Stephen’s good advice and a few months down the line, I decided to sell and Premier Properties were the obvious choice. The advice on house staging was spot on, even though I am a clutter bug and I didn’t follow it all to the letter, Stephen took it all in his stride. Professional advice, sterling service, very patient and never pushy. Highly recommended.

Fantastic
I am currently renting my 4th property with Premier Properties. I would not rent a property from any other company other than premier property, they have high and professional standards at all times. They have fantastic staff one in particular (Andrew) he is so helpful with any queries that you may have, if any repairs are needing done these are actioned immediately. I cannot recommend this company enough there ongoing service is just amazing.

Mike gunning was our advisor.cant speak highly enough of him.we were 1st time buyers and mike guided us through the process. We both got nervous at times when dealing with the mortgage broker and would phone mike alot to get updates and advice. It was never a bother to him and he always put our mind at ease and reassured us even although we must have been hard work!.

I first contacted Premier Properties to enquire about a property. Marlene was great to deal with & gave me all the info required. She also put me in contact with one of her colleagues Denise as I was looking for some mortgage advice. I have to say Denise has been fantastic with all her advise & guidance re my mortgage & insurance polices etc. Stephen was also very helpful. All 3 put me at ease & I felt comfortable discussing my options.
The service I have recieved so far has been 1st class, all this from them when facing the challenges of working from home during this crazy time.

I used Denise from Premier properties (access mortgages) as my mortgage advisor. Five stars doesn't rate them enough. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful and Denise goes above and beyond to help her clients. I actually left countrywide due to extremely high prices for their mortgages advisors compared to premier properties. Not to mention the service was a million times better. I highly recommend !

The team at Premier we're professional and supportive from the first point of contact until the last! I have used them twice now to sell properties for me. I would say they are super efficient and give a first class customer service.
