Racist, rude, abusive scum....ok, decided out of the blue i needed to send in a copy of a cancelled card, 2 months on after it was cancelled and replaced. Accepted my deposits, then closed my account so i cant see my bets 🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️. Very helpful, racially abused me, patronised me also. My advice, avoid these tiny, backstreet sites, stick to the main companies as these little ones have rude staff, and zero customer skills. UPFATE....KARMS, THESE MUPPETS HAVE GONE BUST 😂😂😂

I recently joined Premier Punt and Won a very large amount over Christmas.I followed their advice regarding KYC and gave them exactly what they required. The staff were friendly and very informative. My very large amount was in my bank account in 72 hours. No problem at all . Site is a fresh clean look, but they don't have Jackpot Giant, my favourite slot. Hence 4/5. Otherwise im sticking with PP, as its been a great smooth experience.
Just be polite to the staff and do what they ask. Great site.

Terrible bookies. They have a sign up bonus 3x£10 bets get a £10 free bet. I placed 3 bets then the next day then say they are banning me from their promotion??? After placing 3 bets like they asked. After live chat they give me the free bet which I have lost, which I'm happy about because from reading the other reviews I would have to jump through hoops to get my money out.

I joined this site for the bet ten get ten promotion.
I placed a ten pound bet and was told my free bet would be credited within an hour of my original bet been settled.
Two hours after my bet settled I still hadn't received it.
So I went on chat and was told I did not qualify because I had put it on an accumulator instead of a single bet. I copied and pasted the terms and conditions which never said anything about having to place it on a single bet. Then she replies with my bet I had put on had to be placed on at least three teams.
Even though this isn't mentioned in the terms and conditions.

Then I told her to close my account as the site is a scam and she just kept ignoring me and linking me to their promotions page.

I opened another chat and asked John to close my account, he asked why and without even looking into my problem he self excluded my account and closed the chat.

Join any other site.
This is an absolute scam.

AVOID! These crooks will accept your money very easily but god forbid you actually win money from them they will refuse to pay you! Stick to recognised names who have reputations to worry about

Premier Punt will accept your deposits, accept every bet you place, but when its time to pay out, they will refuse and ask for ridiculous evidence to prove you can afford to even deposit £1000, they take 3+ days to respond when it comes time to find extra hoops for you to jump through in said validation process. I have or have had accounts with basically every online bookie there is and have never had such a bad experience. Avoid

EDIT: Premier Punt legitimately hoped I was either money laundering, or a tax cheat, guarantee that's their implications in our back and forth which has lasted 3 weeks without getting my winnings. They hope that I am up to no good so will 'back down' and let them keep almost £9,000 without opening a legal dispute to get MY money from them. Vile. Truly vile. The gambling industry is not a good one even if you pick the 'best' sites, even the 'best' bookies mostly prey on the weak to make a lot of money. Premier Punt are the absolute scum on the other side of the scale, if you win they will try their absolute best to not pay out.

Can't wait for the Gambling commission to get back to me and I send them a copy of the Resolver case and all e-mails and escalate this as far as I can. I even copy/pasted direct License agreements Premier Punt are BREAKING in my case alone, and they don't give a sh**, scum

Utter scam, I won £6000 in the casino over 2 weeks later and numerous emails saying payment was being processed still no payment, I have made a formal complaint with there licensing provider to stop them blatantly scamming other players, AVOID AVOID AVOID

At first, the betting experience was fine. I had an account open for a few months but didn’t deposit any money until last week - everything fine and all of my withdrawals were processed within approximately 24 hours. However, after winning some money off them (relatively small around £200-£300) they then requested ID along with the normal information (although strangely want the card to be signed on the back). They are failing to acknowledge that as a UK regulated gambling company, who are regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, that they need to verify customers BEFORE allowing them to deposit and bet. They’re withholding £100 from me, which they can keep as far as I am concerned, as I’m not providing any more documentation on top of what I’ve provided. After speaking to the Gambling Commission, they have confirmed that Premier Punt are breaching their license terms if they allow a customer to bet, deposit and withdraw prior to verification and this changed back in May. Again, because I have told Premier Punt this, they have decided to block my account! Classic.

Worst betting experience ever....

Premier Punt is fantastic bookie, excellent choice for bettors. Fine promotions, and fair withdrawal timeframe. Finally something fresh and good in UK betting industry.

Decent sports section ruined by another scam casino. £50 gone in 20/40p spins with no features. Absolutely abysmal. How they're allowed to steal money from punters like this is sickening. Another one to avoid if you value play time or an actual fair chance of winning.
