URGENT….. premierretros, if you read this can you please reply to my emails!!!! Ordered FEB 3rd, waited for 31 days. It’s now June 23rd and still no top!!!

Well quick update finally got back to me after 3 months and multiple emails. They ask to respond URGENT to the automated email which I did about 10 times. They emailed and told me to calm down!!!! Then got a further email to say they thought they had refunded my order after a few days!!!! COMPLETELY CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT THIS 'COMPANY' awful

Far as I’m concerned for an unofficial shirt, the quality was fairly good. Arrived in less than a month. No problems using the website and for a first timer buying an unofficial shirt I’d like to think it’s pretty good.

Ordered a jersey last august still didnt come sent an email no response TOTAL SCAM dont buy

Tried to cancel my order within 1 hour of placing it after reading reviews. I couldn't even select my size on the site so had to put a note on my order. After weeks of ignoring several emails marked URGENT stating I need them to cancel my order they finally emailed back... To say they've updated the size on my order 😂 absolute shambles of a company.

Will be claiming my money back through PayPal as soon as I can.

I ordered a kit in January 2024 and as of yet I’ve had no update on the delivery. When I email I get a generic email response. I know they say they are busy but I think they should stop marketing temporarily and fulfill the backlog of orders. It’s getting very annoying the marketing emails I am receiving when I’ve been waiting months on an order with no real update from a person .

Do not order from this company. They are frauds! Ordered Dec 30th. Multiple follow ups with no response and no item delivered. absolutely brutal!

Ordered a 97-99 Newcastle United shirt on the 20th feb, order completed on 18th March and it was radio silence from there, multiple emails, the only way to get a reply out of them is opening a case on PayPal which I’m getting a refund. I understand they’re a small company but come on guys.

If I could give this business no stars at all I would! Absolutely ridiculous company, a joke, a farce!! I ordered a shirt for my sons Christmas at start of December 2023. I fully expected it to not arrive for Christmas but it did not actually arrive till late January. Size was not suitable so sent it back for an exchange of size because this company do not offer refunds unless faulty or damaged. Needless to say it is now 23rd of April and I still do not have delivery of my exchanged item…quick to take my money though in December. I have emailed them but their customer service is as shocking as their delivery service!

Just received my shirt. Took 1 month to arrive but no issues as I wasn't in a rush for it. Received email saying order was placed, then a 2nd email 4 weeks later when it was ready to be shipped. No complaints from me. Shirt (1991 Napoli) looks and fits great (6ft, 95kgs XL ordered).

Last year I ordered two shirts which arrived after a month and were great quality.

I was about to think that my recent order was going the same way as all the '1 star review customers'. However, the shirt has arrived, 33 days after being ordered and the quality is superb.

Everyone has had their own experience with Premier Retros but, personally speaking, mine has been positive.

I actually can’t believe there’s so many bad reviews. The quality of the kits is unreal, they’re fake obviously, and from China so take a while to get there (mine took around 6-8 weeks-ish) but they’re unreal. I’ve bought 4 different tops from them, all great quality. If you’re after next day delivery etc, then I wouldn’t bother, but it does say when you buy what the expected timescales are.

Do not order from this site. No sign of delivery and no response to emails asking for an update, just an automated response essentially telling you not to email them as they don't have the manpower to respond and as such, they won't be responding. Tinpot.

I would urge customers not to order from this website.
I ordered a shirt on 9th January and the website said delivered within 21 days.
I have still not received it despite emailing them 3 times and still awaiting a reply.
They take your money but don't deliver the goods.
I would've given them no stars if I could.
Shocking customer service

I placed my order on the 11th Feb with the understanding I’d receive it within 21 days as website suggests. It’s been 51 days and counting with no delivery, and after 4 separate emails requesting updates and refunds, I’ve had no response. I have however had an email telling me about their Easter offers. I have no option but to go through my bank to get my money back. If they were struggling with orders I’d have accepted it however to zero communication is completely unacceptable. Do NOT use this company.

I ordered a shirt in December. I expected it to take longer than the 21 days given Christmas etc. However, my order didn’t arrive by March and despite three attempts to contact them, no response other than an automated response. I had no choice then other to contact my bank who credited the cost and Premier Retros then confirmed the reimbursement by an automated email. I suspect that when they deliver it is all fine as per the good reviews but I felt that I should also explain my experience so others are aware. I would obviously not make a further order although I did get a reimbursement (albeit not until I made a formal dispute via my bank).

I think people need to understand that these guys are a 2 man outfit. There are not a huge team. I ordered my husband a vintage 95 Newcastle away top. Great price and the quality when it arrived is fantastic! He’s super pleased with it. Yes delivery was a long time but it states on website it’s 14-21 days, these are working days and it arrived on day 22. For the price you pay I can’t complain. People need to look at shipping t&c’s as it advertises what you get and how long the wait is. Definitely would order again 😃

I only received 2/3 shirts, and when I try to contact them, they don't answer anymore. I have waited since September 2023.

if you’re buying from here have low expectations the delivery time is long yes but if you order a month before you want it you’ll get it delivered when you want and they have some really good stuff tbf only bad thing is some items come creased and it’s a pain to get the creases out
i’ve ordered from here like 4 times haven’t been scammed once so yeh don’t worry about that
