absolutely disgusting robbing company…

absolutely disgusting robbing company been paying for nearly 3 years and only used the software for 3 month! software is not user friendly ! on training day took my self and my team we was talked to like children and spoke to so rude let alone paying nearly £5000 for all my systems and a heavy 3 year contract! don't like the system but unfortunately still paying ! now they are closing their salon side to another company ! and still refusing to let me stop my payments each month!

Not Good Enough

We have paid a monthly fee to Premier Software for approx 20 years. In that time we have asked for support only a handful of times.

We have recently requested help, but all we have been given is the run around! NO SOLUTION

We have been badly let down by Premier Software and as a result we have not met deadlines and have lost business as a result of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. The support team is very unorganised, disjointed and has caused our company much stress!

Emails and call backs have been ignored and numerous excuses made.

In summary disastrous - Premier should be ashamed of themselves.
