Excellent, well managed professional office
Maria does an excellent job managing this office location and operations. The offices, conference rooms, and overall facility are pristine. Amrin and Grace are excellent in handling the phones and greeting my visiting clients when they arrive for meetings. Several of my client have given compliments about the office and Amrin and Grace's professionalism. The office is an enhancement for my law practice and I am very happy to have located my law firm here this January.
Quiet facility with great amenities
It is a well cared for quiet facility that lets you focus and get your work done.
The office spaces are nice, but the amenities really put it over the top. The roof deck has an amazing view, the kitchens have a wide variety of drinks, and Nijhia is always on hand and quick to answer any questions.

Stay far far away. I was charged $600 for reconditioning fees just to paint over nail holes in a wall! They sweet talk you to get you in the door and then when you leave they try to screw you as hard as possible. STAY FAR AWAY FROM PREMIERE.

Full office experience in an office-sharing environment!
Our business has been in this location with Premier for several years now. We were previously in a commercial space as a standalone tenant, and this has been so much better for us! We regularly have clients in, and Premier is perfect for us! They greet our clients, escort them to our offices, take message for us, etc. The offices and staff are both warm and professional. The flexibility in office use has been wonderful as well, with access to different-sized conference rooms. It is also great to have the various amenities as part of our package (kitchen, coffee, tea, fruit-infused water, etc.).

I could not say enough good things about Premier Workspaces. I have had an office here for over four years and have no plans to ever move again. What makes it great are the people that work here. Denyse and Emma keep this place running like a well oiled machine. It is so nice to come into work every day knowing that I will be greeted with a smile and that everything will work as it should.
