Great Staffing and Accommodations

The front desk is always staffed and very attentive to client needs. Nicole has been on the job for several years already and is very competent and helpful. She ensures that the break room is always clean and stocked. And when there is a building issue, such as something not working or the air conditioning needing adjustment, she is always right on top of things. Additionally, I really like the ability to book a conference room when I need one without a lot of hassle or complication. I've been very happy with Premier Workspaces primarily because it offers nice amenities, a great staff, and a prime location in the Valley. Plus, it's quite so you can get a lot of work done!

I’ve been part of the Premier Workspace…

I’ve been part of the Premier Workspace community since 2011, and I truly love being here! The environment is professional, welcoming, and consistently well managed.
Candace is a fantastic manager who always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel supported and valued. The receptionists, Mekko and Anna, are equally wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we need. They make a big difference in creating such a positive office atmosphere.

My clients also find this location very convenient and impressive, and they often comment on how professional and helpful the front office team is. The ladies here truly create a welcoming experience for everyone who visits.
It’s rare to find a workspace that maintains such a high level of service and professionalism year after year. I highly recommend Premier Workspace to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive office environment!

Our experience with Premier Workspaces was disappointing due to poor customer service and lack of flexibility.

Before signing up, we clearly explained that our only reason for obtaining a virtual office was to verify our business on Google Business Profile. We made it clear that the service would only work for us if Google approved the address for verification.

After signing up, Google denied our verification twice because the address has already been used by too many businesses. This is a known issue with some virtual office locations when trying to list a business on Google Maps.

Once we informed them of the issue within 24 hours of payment, we expected some level of understanding or flexibility. Unfortunately, Mekko insisted on enforcing a 30-day cancellation policy rather than working toward a reasonable solution or refund, even though the service could not be used for the purpose we clearly explained beforehand.

If your goal is to verify a business address with Google, be cautious when using this location as it may not work due to the number of businesses already registered there. Customer service and problem resolution in this situation were very disappointing.

Extraordinary service levels

I'm a returning tenant to Jamboree Center (1 Park Plaza, Suite 600, and before that in buildings #2 and 4, Irvine, CA). The property is very well maintained. Much more than that, however, what drew me to return with my new employer - Vialto Partners (US) LLP – to Jamboree Center are the superlative services offered by Premier's Suite 600 site manager, Vanessa Decker, and her team. Vanessa and her team are mind readers – they anticipate and resolve my every need for first-rate office services. I could not be happier.

Exceptional Service and Professional Experience at Premier Workspaces

My company, Impervious Protection and Consulting Group, has used Premier Workspaces at 521 Fifth Avenue (17th floor) multiple times over the past two weeks, renting both 8-person and 10-person conference rooms, and the experience has been outstanding every time.

The front desk team has been nothing short of amazing. Their attention to detail, professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness—especially toward our interview candidates—truly stood out. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need, which makes a significant difference during busy interview days.

A special thank you to Christina Lugo, the facility manager, who has been incredibly supportive and proactive in making sure each visit runs smoothly for our company and team. Her dedication and hands-on approach do not go unnoticed.

Not for those who require phone service…

The office is attractive and the staff is friendly but the phones break down for days disrupting business completely. If you do not really depend on phones for your business it is fine but otherwise expect frequent outages.

No bathoom and repairs for 6 days = sandwiches and cupcakes as an apology? Premier Workspaces do not value the tenants!

I've had to ask myself if at the core this company is just plain greedy and/or racist, and I hate that. I've been renting spaces at the Charlotte office since 2021. The rent always goes up too much for the location. The desk and chairs they provide are always old and cheap until you fight them long enough to fix it. I had to go back and forth with them about having safe chairs. The landscaping is usually unkempt and it took a long time to get fencing and security cameras although the location is not in a good area of town and surrounded by low budget hotels. Yet the rent keeps rising. My experience last week was the last straw. Most recently, due to a plumbing issue, the water was off for 5 days. We were advised to go across the street and use the hotel bathroom. On the 6th day (a Saturday) they were still working on fixing the carpet right in front of both of my suites. Saturday afternoon they left batteries in front of my door all day to keep the carpet down. The downstairs bathroom (adjacent from my suites) were also still inoperable.  For me, this meant I was unable to use my business or have clients for 6 full days, the entire work week since Sunday are closed days. When I asked about compensation for this, I was told they would not and instead would give us extra sandwiches and cupcakes as an apology. I pay over 1900 a month, couldn't use it for 6 days and cupcakes and sandwiches make that better? Not to mention, most tenants in the building are small business owners AND people of color. I had to ask myself the hard question of are they selfish and greedy and/or racist because why did you bribe us with food? While I can say the local staff has kept my experience from being a nightmare, I will not be renewing my lease because of how this plumbing situation was handled. Premier Workspaces clearly don't value its tenants and it shows. I can take my money and pay less OR have a nicer space elsewhere. I use to sing its praises as a great place to start your business, but after this last week I will never, ever under any circumstances recommend anyone use them.

Unethical Billing Practices

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Premier. After clarifying the termination policy with the management team multiple times before signing up, I was shocked to discover an extra month's charge on my account days after ending my tenancy. Despite reaching out multiple times to the management team and being assured that the charge would be refunded ASAP, I've yet to receive that refund or my deposit return after 2 months of texts, emails, and calls.

Their customer service was abysmal, with representatives providing contradictory information and displaying a complete lack of empathy towards my situation. It's disappointing to see a company prioritize their bottom line over customer satisfaction and integrity.

I urge anyone considering a subscription with Premier to proceed with caution. Their unethical billing practices and disregard for customer concerns are unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that values transparency and honesty.

Far from the best option.

If you want the old stuffy expensive office experience, this is for you. Offices are tiny and expensive. They took $400 of my money just for me to leave. $200 to clean (about 100sq. Ft) and $200 for mail collection???? Ridiculous. Also, they restrict access to the office and are watching you on camera. Very unprofessional staff that is not there for you but there for the corporation. Bathrooms stink all the time. I moved to Caddo and have an office much larger for 1/3 less. Free garage parking and 24 hour access with an app. Cleaning crew on staff all day. Atmosphere is amazing. My clients are so happy.

Premier Charlotte is business friendly!

My business moved to the Charlotte Premier office in 2022. Our experience has been 5 stars. Ann and Melinda are fantastic. They continue to exceed our expectations. Our last experience was a disaster with poor property managers. Our location at 77 and Tyvola is perfect. I highly recommend Premier Charlotte!

Customer service is abysmal. The person responsible for booking Charlotte rooms was unbelievably rude over the phone. I have a remote team that meets frequently in Charlotte -- she lost business from us.

Overpriced, noisy, bogus charges. Bad experience overall.

Office walls are paper thin, it's very loud through out and all day long. I was clear with the lease agent that I do podcasting and need a quiet office. "We've never had a noise issue" I was told. I should have asked the neighbors, they would have attested to how loud it is. I couldn't get any of my core duties done. They charge excessive fees, will hold your deposit for 60 days when normal is 18 days in CAL. Bottom line it's an over priced space. I also got charged $200 for cleaning a tiny 10 x 10 office that was perfectly clean when I left. They charged me anyway because "they can, it's in your contract"! That's their attitude once you are bound by contract. Just don't judge this book by it's cover, it isn't what it seems at this Westlake Village Location. Nice entry, but once you are in you are stuck! As with most leasing agents they are all smiles and sound accommodating, but after the contract is inked, that all ends. There are better locations in town where you get a lot more, there's more flexibility, quieter and they aren't greedy like Premier was with me.

The Premier team at the Warner Center…

The Premier team at the Warner Center Towers location is beyond amazing. Brittney, Lila, and Joseph are remarkably professional and friendly. Brittney is an outstanding manager who goes above and beyond to help the clients. Lila and Joseph are quick and attentive to accommodate you and always give you a warm welcome at the front desk. It almost feels like you become part of a family here, not just another client. They truly make coming to work a sincere pleasure!
I would recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a friendly and professional environment for their business.
