When it works, it works well usually 92% of the time and they usually have good picture quality compared to rivals.
It's never buffer free however, so don't believe anyone who claims that.
The trouble is customer service take ages to get back to you on whatsapp or email. On the rare occasion service has gone down i've had full days with nothing and no response until the next day. Currently my full sub has someone gone to a free trial for no reason and CS has not responded in 2 days. I'm probably going to leave whem my sub is up. The service at Stream Q is much better i have to say.

I bought a 2 year plan and after 4 days it would'nt work so I contacted customer service. Came back on for a little while and went off again. After numerous tries getting customer service, they asked about changing the server and the app. Since it was coming up on the 7 day money back guarantee I asked for a refund. Haven't heard from them since. I do not recommend this service.

EPG stopped working consistently.…
I have used a number of services over the last decade and I find this one to be relatively good. My big issue is that the EPG no longer works consistently. I was told about a month ago that they were having issues with it and that it would soon be fixed....some days it works, some days it shows up for ten minutes, but most days it's simply not there and will not refresh. Having the guide is a really important part of any IPTV service and they need to sort this out! PS I also use another service and I have no issue with their EPG so it's a Premiio issue.....

I have had Premiio for over 12 months, I am 2 months into my annual renewal and starting Sunday Morning I am getting a "Your status is expired" notice when I try to connect. Repeated contacts with premiio support is getting nowhere-asking me "could you please tell me whats the problem you have with your subscription". In July 2025 I purchased a 12 month renewal subscription with 2 additional months. I have been dealing with Rachid at Premiiosupport. They had major problems-loss of server and subscriptions. Fixed on 09/16/2025. Need to communicate better with subscribers.
