I can well expect that after two hours this "standard" transaction is completed.
This has zero to do with service

No trace of the key (also not in the spam folder!)

Didn't receive a key
Didn't receive a key, requested a refund, I received a refund together with an abusive email and a request never to use their service again...
This was quite a blow as I usually like to waste time and money on useless, discourteous service providers...

Took longer than it should
Took longer than something like this should take. Once payment is RECEIVED it shouldn't take over a day to send a KEY. It's not a physical item. However, eventually the key was sent so 4/5 stars. Support was unresponsive. I would give 5 stars if EITHER they sent the key quickly OR support was responsive.

at first i didn't get any key, contacted support and no answer. after leaving a review they gave me my key so everything worked out fine. also the whatsapp number and telegram is invalid .

There should be a law against this or at least a database for hosters to avoid shady clients. This site is definitie 100% scam. Money transferred, no delivery, no replies to any sort of contact. As others have advised:

Scamming website, selling Premium Accounts (Wushare, Rapidgator WDupload, Keep2share, Filejoker )
The owner sits in Thailand. Checkout via Paypal. They send you nothing, never responde to emails or inquiries.
Opening a Paypal case and you get lies ( send 20 hours ago ..., was refunded... Invalid Account blabla ) Avoid at all costs.
