We had a very unusual wall oven cutout size from 1962. I've been in a couple of our neighbors house that have replaced their ovens already. They lost a drawer or had to adjust cabinet doors. I wasn't looking forward to having to try and make something fit. I searched and searched and found one oven on the whole internet that would fit our opening perfect. Oven arrived on time. The driver called ahead so could be there to meet him. He waited while I unwrapped it and looked for hidden damage as advised to in an email I received. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Thank you.

Our wall oven arrived quickly and in great shape and for a great price! Took awhile before we could install it but now it's installed. It works great. I'm impressed with quality of the oven.

I ordered a kitchen hood 8 months ago and was very pleased. Unfortunately an earthquake damaged it along with a good portion of my kitchen. I called them and Byron helped me figure out what part I needed and got me in touch with the manufacturer to order the correct parts. I was pleasently surprised as he could of just said "sorry I don't know".

By the time I had my custom oven installed it was past the 30 day return. It did not even turn on. It doesn't matter if you have any kind of parts warranty, because there is no one who will work on them. Buyer Beware. Bad customer service.

Ordered by credit card, promptly received confirmation email including tracking number. Product arrived within a few days and was packaged very well and upon opening and inspecting, I found no scratches or damage.

I bought two stove fans at Premium Appliances. I am thrilled with the quality of the fan and the price is very affordable. I am also very happy with the service. When they ship the products, they call my cell phone letting me know. I thought that was very nice and personable.
