ABSOLUTE FRAUD!!

ABSOLUTE FRAUD!!! Was looking for an auto part for my fathers old truck. After being on hold for over 15min they claimed to have found the part in their warehouse. They sent me photos of the part (which later I came realize were from a random Ebay listing). They tied to make several purchases on sites in India. Fortunately Chase prevented the transactions and is now issuing me a new card. ABSULUTEL FRAUD!!

BTW - All the positive reviews are from fake Indian names and only have 1 review: Prachi Chaudhary, Khushi Panchal, etc

There is no customer service--zero

There is no customer service--zero. Premium sent the wrong part and refused to provide a way to return the part--refused to provide a location where the wrong part--transmission component--could be shipped. They block my calls--refused to talk to me and did not refund my purchase AFTER I returned their transmission to their business address.

credit card scam?

Used my credit card for an order, Visa declined the transaction. I gave Premium another card number, Visa declined that transaction too. It seems that two phony charges were made to my Visa at that same time Premium was using my card numbers. Coincidence? I doubt it. So I now have two new cards.

Avoid PremiumAutoPartsStore at all costs

I purchased an engine from PremiumAutoPartsStore, worst experience ever. Every time I spoke with someone there, it was a different story. They said the engine has a 3 year warranty but they will not send you any details about the warranty.
When the engine arrived, it was bolted to a flat pallet, no side protection, no top protection. It looked like it came straight from a junk yard. Several parts on the outside of the engine were broken even they said it ran before sending it.
I found them through SwizzAuto and when I called SwizzAuto again, they led me to a completely different state in the USA. Swizz is just a front for several shady people selling junk yard pulls.
[Update a few weeks later]
After paying over 400 to have broken parts replaced on the engine, there was a leak leaving puddles of oil on my garage floor. It cost me another $450 to get the crank seal replaced. And, even though PremiumAutoPartsStore said multiple times (and e-mails) the engine only had 75,000 miles on it, my mechanic said looking at the seals and gaskets, there is no way the engine only had 75,000 miles, more like double that. I ended up paying about the same as a VIN certified engine that was twice as much as Premium's junk yard pull.

Caveat emptor

Caveat emptor. They said they’d deliver the part I ordered on Saturday. It didn’t arrive. I called and they said it’d be here Wednesday. It didn’t arrive. I asked for a tracking number: they didn’t have one. They texted me with a link to a website which doesn’t exist. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I could get my money back.
