Disappointing Experience and Cancelled Order
I purchased an Acon mat from the store on January 11. Shortly after ordering, the owner contacted me saying the shipping cost was incorrectly listed at $600 and that he would refund the difference. The next day, he followed up saying shipping would actually be no more than $300.
A few days later, he called again to say the listed price of the mat itself was too low. He said he would still honor the original sale price with the $600 shipping because he was a reputable business, but only if I promised to write a positive review.
On January 21, I emailed to ask when the mat would ship. I received a reply on January 23 saying he had been at the dentist and would call later that day, which never happened. After another follow-up email, he finally called and told me the order had been cancelled, blaming the manufacturer (Acon) for not being able to supply the mat.
After multiple changes to pricing and shipping, poor communication, and ultimately cancelling the order weeks later, this was a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend purchasing based on how this was handled.
